It could be that they got exposed to more things in a very small amount of time. Hypothetical example, but suppose they started college and had 3 roommates who were very musical. That would have exposed them to a great deal of other genres outside of vkei and possibly cause them to feel they've really compartmentalized their own tastes and try other things be it for variety, better production, or to fit in with the people they're around most now. It could also very well be that they've been changing all a long, but the result seemed immediate to an outsider. As for the people who seem like their favorites change within 10 minutes, they probably never really liked that "favorite thing" to start with and seem like the kind of person who throw around superlatives without really placing any stock in their severity.

A list of bands signed to each label would be helpful. I honestly had not heard of Danger Crue before reading this. I haven't really listened to anything from DC aside from like 2 tracks on some random Alsdead CD (who were probably signed to Ains at the time), so I can't attest to how much I like / dislike their groups. As for PC, their only good band was Due'le Quartz, which are one of my all-time faves. Everything else they've signed is awful.

The Royale in Boston is decent sized: I'd say they could probably fit 500~700 people in it comfortable, possibly more. I saw Sleigh Bells there earlier this fall, so I've been there myself. The Royale also has a sister venue in Cambridge called the Sinclaire that's much much smaller; I would say they could get over 500 people in there unless they're completely booked. I saw Charlie XCX and 2 other no-name groups there (one rock band, the other a starting hip-hop artist). I believe that's more of a lower-mid-tier venue here though. Bigger acts tend to play at places like The Hard Rock Cafe or House of Blues (AFI, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Avenged Sevenfold, and Eli Golding are a few recent / going to be coming here performers I can name off the top of my head), where as huge acts will more than likely use the TD arena, which is where the basketball / hockey team plays (fairly certain Lady Gaga is going to play there in the near future).
  6. Transfering my itunes library onto my external hard drive to then sync up with my new computer. Hopefully I don't lose too much data :x I now know to just keep it all in one spot instead of doing half and half.

Thank you to Re:pli:cant and yourself! As I said in my opening post, I really want this to be accurate so misinformation doesn't get spread around to the best of my ability, so this is very helpful. I've been fairly busy with work this past week, so I haven't been able to make any changes to the existing article-- but all this help has been great.

I am 85% sure that vkei drummers use this video as a tutorial to learn how to play drums for the 15 seconds drumming is covered.

Did they change which song is the B-side, or are there three songs now? So so so glad they've evolved from the chug chug chug / pata pata drumming / ZAI ZAI ZAI thing they did for their first 5 demos. [M] surprised me by all the Malice Mizer elements that were not in the live version, and '俺は...悪た' 'Foggy Night' seems like a step in the right direction too. Edit: Oh, I see what they did. The titles weren't down the side of the video, those were just some of the lyrics / motifs of both songs.

When it's really chilly outside, don't their teeth hurt from the cold? There's nothing to cover them anymore D:

It's a plastic film, not a gaping hole. If it were a hole, how would they eat?

Have they even done anything in the past 4 years?
  13. Peace Heavy mk II

Is that the actual cover of it? I liked their logo a lot smaller, like when I couldn't really see it :x

My boyfriend watched the conjuring with me in the room if that counts. It just sounded like a lot of playing hide and go seek and then screaming to me.

「M」 is a really good song: it was part of the youtube demo rips I posted a while ago. It doesn't look like they have the live clip of it on youtube anymore, however. Glad they're actually including a song that is forrealz new this time, since their last CD was all stuff either released on the internet or rerecordings.
  16. 「FLYING IN THE SKY」(機動武闘伝Gガンダム) shaking && crying Also I didn't know I'll was an anime opener. Again, no Baiser's "Prism"
  17. These samples honestly sounded like Matenrou Opera using rejected filler from Versailles' Jubilee album, editing out the Hizaki wank and thankfully not having Sono.

Oh, I just listed them as a stylistic example more than to say they, specifically, are the source of inspiration. I'm sure the examples you've given are a much closer origin. That Bauhaus song is awesome :V . Like you said, it sounds like an angrier / darker "Kuchizuke."

I hope Teru doesn't have a moment of weakness like he did when writing a B-side for their first single.
