    It does sound a lot like Day 1, but I'm not complaining. Day 1 has been my favorite Miyavi single in years. This one sounds great too. Just confused as to why it's on Japanese iTunes already if it doesn't technically come out for another month?

    Digital single, it seems. He did it with Strong and Day 1 too, if I remember well. It's kind common with western releases, it seems japan is finally adopting this kind of stuff.

    This isn't really worse than the early 2000s/late 90s days. Back then, when hide died, X Japan, Luna Sea and Kuroyume disbanded, VK went from being mainstream on japan's music to just become an underground thing. It's still like that, somehow, and I doubt it'll change. It'll always be there, changing forms... I personally don't enjoy most recent VK, so I don't even try new bands anymore, I'll just stick with other genres as I know I'll enjoy something better somewhere else.

    I actualy liked Creature Creature's album more than Dead End's album 2012, but they were both great. I am interested to see where his solo stuff will fall in this category.

    As he is composing on both I believe he is going to keep the genre difference, otherwise it would be just stupid to revive his solo project. His old releases were really good, I love that dreamy sound.

    Does that mean that all songs that are on the rental edition will also be on the new album alongside the new tracks? I didn't know how the tracklist was for that JUSTICE rental thing but it'd be sad if they'd put 8 old songs and 4 new ones on a 12-track album. Releasing a single would've been a better idea in that case.

    Edit: Oh, that's the rental edition. That means the album will only have 4 new songs though, as it has 12 and 8 are single songs...

    You sang for me something that does not make sense a lot when I played improve at a rehearsal and live. There were times that goes well, and some times don’t, but I recall that I was so relieved and felt warm when a great song comes out from us like my pray has reached you.

    There were so many people around you after the gig every time. You were listening to every single word that many people tell you. I sometimes felt that you are far away, but I was so pleased and proud of you to play my guitar with your words.

    I could grow a lot because of your strange power of the lyrics that you write, strong mind, and your kind eyes.

    But again, this is so crazy that I could only tell you my feelings this way.

    I am looking back the times that “I cannot even remember”, there were soooo many things that I can hold in my arms. There will be two different roads for you an me from now on.I will go on with my journey, and K will travel K’s.

    Yeah, I agree. He has 3 projects at the same time. Kiyoharu is the only one I know who has been doing as much. Dead End's new album should be great if they follow what they did with Dream Demon Analyzer. Maybe some more atmospheric songs like those last two from the album would be great

    I wonder what his new solo songs sound too, it's been so long since Kage no Kyouen

    Wow his english is pretty impressive. Living more than 10 years on the west and having an english speaking wife really helped him.

    And a new album is quite fast, huh? I'm also expecting he might release new solo stuff this year.

    If this is not a reunion with their former members or something like that, what's the point of a countdown, really? It's not like they haven't already had tons of promotional stuff for their revival in the last two years.

    People do this kind of stuff everytime. It's just marketing. Countdowns make people excited, whatever the "surprise" is... it doesn't need to be anything THAT special. Luna Sea also did one thousand countdowns for releases, tours, and also countdowns announcing conferences that would announce shows/releases(that's almost a countdown announcing a countdown) on these past two years.

    Now this took quite a lot of time. Quite funny how if you asked me some years ago it would be just vk and metal, and now as I've been finding about japan's old stuff, I'm just in love with their pop music, specially 80s and early 90s.

    By the way, the second-tier classics and other favorites mix up quite a lot. I was just trying to get everything my brain remembered me of. (The top 4 is exactly that way, though. 2 of them are singles just because they were never actually released on actual not-greatest hits albums)

    btw if anyone has hopes they are going on a no-screaming direction, just forget it... there was this interview where Kyo already mentioned even if Rinkaku has no screams at all, the Kiri to Mayu re-recording barely resembles the original and is basically 100% screaming. I don't think it's going to be slow though, the lenght is too short for their slow tracks...
