Orb was good, it's b-side was better, I loved loved LOVED their last album so it is going to be hard to top and my expectations are high. Hoping this is the last single before an album later this year.

Yeah I was going to say that Kamijo was definitely the second most influential composer that Versailles had... (I love how Jasmine didn't compose fucking anything at all...) Anyway, I am really excited to know he has a new single coming. Hope it was as interesting as Louis.

"Gosick Elements" really? I thought that Freya sounded middle of the road. Kaya's voice was really good, his vocal performances are always really good even if the music itself isn't that great. Which it isn't here. It sounds messy, poorly produced, and as if they picked up a text book titled "Dissonent Sounds 101" and composed the first thing on the list.

I'm going to translate the hell out of this tomorrow while I do my laundry.

Sounds like it has a lot of potential when you actually hear the studio quality version. I am very excited! After their last album fell completely and totally flat for me I am excited to think they'll be putting out another album of hopefully more new material later this year or early next year. I'm assuming Everlasting is a single and not a full album.

They should have done 水の章 from Elementa Alchemica instead, it's the best part. But does anyone think there's a video of them performing Grafton Calling or Abyss live? Two of my favorite songs. Can't believe I don't see Abyss on this set list.

I would have Prelude close the album, but rename it to something that doesn't insinuate the beginning of a musical piece. I would take Shooting Star off and replace it wit From Kurayami and probably take Shining and Kaisenzenya off the album all together for new material and merge 1 Minute Kidding with Kid.

fitear did do a wonderful job, but I'll just add my own few thoughts on it: My favorite of all four songs is probably Rainy, Rainy, Smiles. I like it's ambient feel, like it's actually raining. It gets the mood across excellently. You is my second favorite. This song also gives off the feeling well, it makes me feel like it's springtime (which it almost is) and makes me feel warm. Butterfly Dreamer is my third, seeing as it is pretty standard Div fair and it guarantees I will like it. Cinderella is my least favorite. Can't explain why, it just didn't click with me.

I'm going to take the opposite viewpoint here. It tops Alpha for me, but in the direct opposite way. Alpha, until now, has been my favorite album by a9. I liked every song on Alpha but one, and it's the same with this album. The worst song on his album that I really cannot listen to? Kaisenzenya. It is total noise to me. Poorly composed, decently sung, but when the instrumentation isn't there it ruins the whole experience. I am fairly disappointed that 1 Minute Kidding didn't just blend into Kid to make one song, but whatever. I really REALLY liked Kid. It's my favorite on the album. I'm disappointed that there were sooooo many single songs on there, but glad that Shadowplay got the album version and Daybreak made it on there. I LOVE Daybreak and I know I am in the minority there. Shining is sung uninterestingly, but it has some good elements that I like, but I do wish From Kurayami made the cut instead of Shooting Star, a decent song, but nowhere near the epic-level of From Kurayami. +-, Seven, and Exist are all really good for heavier, more rock-oriented a9, but as you can probably tell, I like their softer, pop/rock songs. Mebius and Kid were such a new a9 experience for me because I never thought they would go so far into the electronic realm beyond the small outro of Alpha (that I really, really liked), but here they do it in two full length songs and two interludes. The outro for this album, as well, I love a lot. It sounds silly since it's just an interlude, but I will probably listen to it a lot. I thought it was well done. I personally gave it a 5/5. I wish there was more new music, but I think the album is solid and it is the first album I plan on listening to more than once SINCE Alpha.

Most of these songs are available to preview on iTunes because they've already been released in America. I'm a huge fan of this concept due to my obsessive way I organize my iTunes, its a lot of really amazing EDM songs all on one album with a few actual features from m-flo and I have to say they picked some AMAZING songs to put on this album.

Why didn't I know he was in BLOOD? But I honestly wonder if he's going to do a qiche comeback or something that would be amazing.

So it is just a PV for Divergence and not a PV collection? And the version of Divergence is going to be a new recording? Awesome. I cannot wait to see the PV. Divergence is one of my favorite, if not my total favorite, Mejibray song!

I'm going to miss the hell out of Riku, but I was a huge Megaromania fan and Metis Gretel fan, so I'm pleased with Sui and Misery working together again and with Kisaki. And their new look is really awesome, I am looking forward to their new and upcoming releases.
