yup exactly i know theres alot of people into obscure interests like visual kei who struggle with this haha im glad theres at least the internet where i can connect with others who share my interests otherwise id be all alone with this 😂 i tried bringing up visual kei to some of my friends that are into glam rock stuff because i thought they wouldnt be too weirded out by the bands looks since glam rock was pretty much almost the western equivalent to visual kei but they never show any interest i guess because the different language is an issue to them lol

im kinda sad because I really want real life visual kei friends but nobody around here is really into it at all, most would not even know what im talking about if I mentioned the word "visual kei" 😂

I second kisaki. hes one of the worst people in vkei as a human being but I cant deny that I still love all his music phantasmagoria and syndrome still remain two of my favorite bands and I enjoy some kisaki project songs to. Dada from velvet eden could also be included hes known for doing lots of toxic crap. but yet I still will listen to velvet eden songs because some of them are just so good...especially the Kalm era

I dont have twitter so I never tweet to any artists, but I do use facebook and have had a few interactions with them on there, Dada from velvet eden used to sometimes message me and he liked one of my profile pics before, kazuma from merry go round liked some of my pictures on my old now deactivated facebook, I added him to the one I currently use but he does not like stuff from me anymore lol but he still will say happy birthday to me on my wall, kyohei from das:vasser added me on facebook and liked some of my pictures, shintaro from black cat and anubis often likes and hearts my pictures, he also always responds when i comment on his stuff, and then ken from gpkism hearts and comments on my pics and posts often talked to him once or twice in messenger as well. when I had twitter several years ago I remember some members from an cafe followed me, there might of been some others but it was so long ago that I hardly remember. jack spooky from the candy spooky theatre followed me back on instagram before but I think he may have unfollowed me when he realized that I dont post anything on there

I been single for over two years because im kinda picky with what I like, im only attracted to people with a certain type of look and they need to also have a nice personality and share my interests as well, it seems impossible to find anyone near me that fits under what im looking for all the guys I like live in different countries haha I did long distance dating when I was younger but I cant see myself doing it again because it never really worked out that well. so I most likely will become a crazy cat lady someday unless I found someone that would be willing to relocate haha

I decided to finally make a profile on here because I kinda been lurking this forum for awhile lol, my name is Tristan im 21 years old from ontario canada I been listening to visual kei since I was around 11 years old some of my favorite bands are X japan, malice mizer, moi dix mois, AURA, D, syndrome, phantasmagoria, lareine, versailles, madeth gray'll, shazna, kuroyume, dio distraught overlord, vidoll, la'mule, aicle, ayabie, panic channel, metis gretel, megaromania and several others...im mostly into the old school stuff if it werent obvious haha but theres a few bands from the modern era that I enjoy as well like kiryu, la'veil mizera, scarlet valse, the gallo, and rides in revelion... . I noticed most people on here use band members as their profile pic but my picture is actually me, because I like to attempt visual kei looks sometimes lol anyways id love to meet some new friends on here ~ !
