I was going to make the exact same recommendation as cvltic, except that Shadows isn't that bad, it has a few good songs here and there, I like it more than I BELIEVE IN ME.
Skip Inferiority Complex. I started with that one and refused to try anything else by lynch. until Sinners came out.

Their first (Greedy Dead Souls) and I BELIEVE IN ME are my favorites 

Greedy Dead Souls (album, 2005) and Underneath the Skin (mini album, 2005) are my two faves, everything afterwards just got consistently worse and more bland, and then they kinda fell into a "not too bad but wouldn't listen to them all the time" feel for me. Some of the latter stuff is pretty nice tho, just nowhere near as memorable as these first two releases (for me at least).
