They do ship overseas but from my experience, the shipping price is EXTREMELY HIGH. 5000 yen to ship to the US, 5500 yen to ship to Europe. They don't say it outright on the site, but I talked with a staff member and that's basically what they gave me. I highly suggest using a shopping service instead.
