There's been a lot more obvious rip-offs in Rock music (eg Jet - Are you gonna be my girl vs Iggy Pop - Lust for life or Green Day - Brain Stew vs Chicago - 25 to 6 to 4) but rock musicians are - in my experience - far more chill about stuff like that.

I don't like this Robin person so I honestly don't care... But I think when you're that rich and able to work with such a big, established team and are still unable to come up with 100% your own shit, you're probably don't deserve all the fame, money and praise that you get.

 

It's ridiculous that Robin&co sued to begin with, I mean if it was the summer song of last year, no one will give a shit anymore in 6 months anyway - oh wait, perhaps that's their goal.

 

 

Edit: I mean, of course there are a lot of rip-offs everywhere but I think it's worse when rock musicians copy each other because I... I value rock more? haha and pop songs sound so similar to me anyway...

I think I kinda love it but that might be because I usually listen to Shion in my car and somehow driving makes me like whatever the fuck I listen to (whether it's Nicki Minaji or Black Sabbath). I like the way it slowly builds up and has the instruments added almost carefully. Plus, it fits the tone of the album very well and the transition to the next song is so very very smooth.

No need to shy away from LastFM. In my opinion, the LastFM community is the nicest one out there. I've met one of my best friends on there because we were complaining about some fangirlies at a Balzac concert in the shout box of the event... ;P

And honestly, chances are you are not going to get along with everyone, whether it's on LastFM or here on MH because just having the same taste in music doesn't mean you have anything else in common, really - However, discrepancies are usually a good thing because they encourage conversation; so don't hesitate to state your opinion, you'll probably find that a lot of people agree with you.

 

D'espairsRay is my all time favourite band, I still plan on finding Hizumi and marrying the fuck out of him.... just you wait Hizumi, just you wait.... (If he's already married by then, no problem, I'm open to polyamory)....

I love Bungie so much hrrgh. Unfortunately my system isn't set up because I'm currently moving, so I've only played a little bit at a mate's house as a warlock. I don't have any major complaints, yet..

 

I also loved the live action trailer btw. I dig this live action shit from video games (there are some nice Assassin's Creed parkour/ role play videos out there)

I LOVE HALLOWEEN. I grew up in Germany and there they have carnival where people dress up all cute and/ or slutty (meaning it's fucking boring) and Halloween is the time to dress up creepy. I don't want to see any fairies unless they're zombie fairies.

I'm looking forward to Halloween all year every year. \(^-^)/

Tbh I probably only love it because I like doing monster make up... and it's the only day of the year when running around like a zombie/ dead person isn't weird.

Nah, I seriously enjoy them on some weird level, perhaps because they sound somewhat western or something. (To me, they are a mixture of stuff like Cradle of Filth and stuff like Six Feet Under and regular rock and I like all of the above sooooo AND they sound like they know what they're doing)

I played it last week, it is insanely creepy and very good at the scare factor!  I was pretty much on the edge of my seat the whole time haha.

Yeah, those horror games that require you to think and do shit instead of just running around like a crazy person are creepy...

 

And finally a nice chunk of goodness in this new Bayonetta 2 trailer

ughhh... so good. Though I'm still salty at Platinum for betraying us and only releasing this game on what is virtually a dead console up to this point. I might have to buy a WiiU for this tbh, The first Bayonetta ranks in my top ten games of the last console generation.

Ikr. Are there even any other good WiiU exclusive titels out there? Even though being a Bayonetta fan and supporting Nintendo (because, didn't Sega drop them or something?) should kinda go hand in hand, I srsly don't need a WiiU...

Absolutely loved BORN. Idk why people don't like them tbh... I mean yeah, their older stuff was better but I still enjoy their newer releases as well. They played "Radical Hysteria" and "Satisfaction?", two songs I'm absolutely loving right now, so I'm a happy gurl right now.

The singer was so hot, I can't even, guys.

They "stage dived" like crazy, but considering how far back I was standing, I was unable to steal his leather jacked...

I'm not the biggest Lycaon fan, but they were very entertaining as well.

I'm kinda sad that each band only played a one-song encore, but each band overall played one hour which was great (I've been to coupling tours where each band only played for 45 minutes)

This news isn't that new, but did anyone check out P.T. the teaser for the new Silent Hills game? I was just watching some gamplay footage on Youtube but it's already dark outside and, not gonna lie, I almost peed my pants a little.

It looks amazing and I have this love/ hate relationship with horror games so I kinda can't wait.. ?
