IX -NINE- new mini-album (title not yet finalized) will be released at 2019 spring

Haunting of Hill House was fantastic. The last episode was maybe the weakest, but I loved how this series felt like a theatre play. One of the episodes in particular, since it featured no cuts, was impossible to look away from. Although it does have the horror tag, the focus aren't the ghosts or odd things happening, it's more of how all the shit affected the family and how they deal with it. The secrets of the house and stories behind the ghosts were never fully revealed, I loved that they didn't try to solve the mystery behind the origins like your usual thriller/horror. Sometimes it's best to just not. Also it carries a blatant message about mental illness which hit me hard. 
 
Acting was top notch from both adults and children. I just want to re-watch it already.

Long-time visual-kei veterans Penicillin announced on Facebook today that they will be releasing a new mini-album on November 7th, 2018, entitled メガロマニアの翼 (MEGALOMANIA no Tsubasa).
 
This is the third mini-album they have released in a row, so I suppose this format is working well for them.
 
The release will come in two types: a limited edition version that includes a photo booklet (2,800 yen), and a regular edition (2,500 yen) that is just a CD. Both types will have the same track-list (7 songs), but further details are to be announced.
 
This album is being distributed by b-mode / blowgrow, which is a sub-label of Avex Entertainment. If it's like their last 2 minis, it may also be produced under That Records, which I think Hakuei or Chisato owns. 
 
 

A first collaboration had already been released in 2016.

I find it more rebel to what some metal bands threw out in recent times, and that's my personal opinion. I liked them more when they had the black paint honestly, but I think they never went out of scheme with their outfits, so I think the look resembles what should we listen on July and I am ready for that!

This "feud" thing in music confirms how little comprehension people has of music in general... for example I read that people are pissed because Dimlim's singer uses clear notes, claiming that he is copying Kyo, as if only him can sing such in a way... there's a BIG difference between SIMILARITY and RIP-OFF! But in general the fact that people goes out because they hear something "belonging" to previous band is so boring, because music is free expression and we can choose whether liking it or not, that's it. I think there's so much useless drama about that...

I agree 100% with the first part of what you said but then you accidentally said something that ended up proving your own argument: people don't compare Sho to Kyo because he sings "clear notes" (which don't really mean anything to be honest), the comparisions stem for the fact that Sho also alternates between different styles of vocals like Kyo does each particular style (low growls, high screams, the "little kid freaking out" squeals, clean vocals, etc.) Sho does is audibly influenced by Kyo. That's definitely not a rip-off like you said, It's just that some people tend to ignore how each artist is influenced by others due to exaggerated adoration and often hail their favorite artists as "the best" or "the most original at what they do" when it's simply not true. It doesn't mean that Kyo is The True OG when it comes to mixing different styles of vocals in a single song since people like Mike Patton, Jonathan Davis or Serj Tankian have been doing that much earlier than Kyo did - but when it comes to J-rock, I'm pretty sure Kyo is the one who popularized that.
