I think it's a Dutch word for oblate. No freaking idea why is it so commonly used in the vk scene, though.

Sample sounds nice, btw. Way better than anything by Chaos system!

it actually means "oblation" (in dutch), not oblate

But whatsoever, old school is back! \o I am gonna miss my old school fandom tho : |

According to Wikipedia, they are small, "easily dissolvable, half-transparent membranes made from starch". They are without taste and can be used as pads for sweets or wraps for medizine.

Yes, it comes from dutch or german where "Oblate" means wafer, spefically the ones used in catholic ceremonies, but the japanese usage does not seem to be connected to that, except that they are small, flat and edible.

^ Well I guess they didn't bother with the artwork because originally this CD was just distributed (=for free?) at some local shops. So it's not like they'll gain money from this, it's only a kind of sampler IMO.

But yeah, at least a band logo would've been nice/informative.
