According to sources, Daisuke was discovered dead in his Shibuya apartment at 2am on the 15th, when a worried friend had came to check on him after repeated attempts to contact him had failed. Apparently he had been complaining about sleep problems, and it is suspected that a lethal combination of medication and alcohol had killed him. It is currently unknown if it was an accidental death or a suicide. He was 32.
