I am part of a group on another site about learning how to draw manga, that posts both realism and manga tutorials and references. Such as this or this. Most of these pictures comes from deviantart. You can look around in there too. Or Youtube. I haven't worked with tutorials very much but I think some can be helpful, so check out Youtube. There are some howto tutorial channels.
