General Vegeta's Voice Actor to Perform in a Live Band

For one night only, DBZ Vegeta's voice actor Ryo Horikawa is teaming up with music superstars for the "Kyuukyoku no AniSong Live" (Extreme Anime Song Live) event, which will be held at Live House BIRTH Shinjuku

The band will have:

 

Vocals: Horikawa

Guitar: Die (DIR EN GREY)

Drums: Kei Kashiyama (MOON CHILD)

Bass: Masahiko Okamoto (Angie)

 

Tickets are 4,500 yen (~$45) in advance, and 5,000 yen (~$50) at the door.

Interestingly, although Dir en grey began its country-wide tour on Wednesday, and is scheduled to do a Europe/America tour beginning this fall, someone affiliated with the band stated that they chose to adjust their schedule because "[we] want to maximize the appeal of Vegeta in a live show."
