R指定(R-shitei) new album "VISUAL IS DEAD" release

it is announced at R指定(R-shitei) one-man live tour "世界の終わり(sekai no owari)" tour final at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo at 2013/07/21 that their new album "VISUAL IS DEAD" will be released at 2013/09/25, although details have not yet been announced

 

 

btw they will hold their one-man live tour "VISUAL IS DEAD" since Takamatsu DIME at 2013/10/05 and up to tour final at Shibuya Koukaidou at 2013/12/06

I am curious about the title, though. R指定 is incredibly "visual," so a title like "VISUAL IS DEAD" surprises me. Also, because I was expecting them to use a book/movie title like they did 人間失格 or 日本沈没.

they might be saying other bands , not themselves !?
However , if they run out of make up material , they should go to PSC ,

I still like them a lot, even though I lost some interest after their second album (not that it wasn't good, I just like their earlier and/or heavier work better), so of course I'll be waiting for this new album...

Although the title is awfully stereotypical to me... let's just hope this won't be terrible...

Just listened to their new single and it's almost impossible to believe it's the same band that recorded "Ningen Shikkaku". It's good, but they no longer sound in any way original.

And I hope the new material sounds nothing like the two songs on セカイノオワリ. They were terrible. I want some heavy stuff. I do not want R指定 to turn into another shitty AYABIE copy band.

Thanks for answering! I figured that's what the apples saying on the OHP meant; my Japanese grammar is just awful.

Maybe there's multiple concepts for this album? Nostalgia, ironic cheeriness, and VK abandonment??

 

I also find it quite amusing that the album hits shelves in less than three weeks and they are still deciding on the tracklist ordering.

I still have a feeling the album will end with セカイノオワリ (kind of hope not).
