This actually sucks. They did have some great photoshoots and I even bought one issue with LUNA SEA on the cover last year. With Zy: and Fool's Mate gone, perhaps SHOXX and Cure are on the way as well?

Agreed. Perhaps the existing popularity of VK is decreasing and that's the reason why they sold less magazines? If that's the reason for quitting at all, really.

A Japanese colleague of one of my buddies roughly translated it, supposedly it means that the magazine itself will not cease to exist, but will have fewer issues in the future (so it will not have issues every month). The December issue will just be the last of the 'monthly release' kind.
