The dates are still confidential and not settled for all countries (and the tour will not cover all countries)

but you can expect an official announcement the upcoming 2-3 weeks.

The upcoming shows will have three concepts,

in addition to this, they will also have a live streamed event (press conference?)

"During the interview the band will explain the meaning of the tour title, the choices they made for live venues and various other topics. It will also include a broadcast of all of LUNA SEA's music videos and select live footage."
