As a huge collector of MERRY goods and releases, (and an even bigger stan), I feel that it's my duty to preserve some pictures, whether it's old flyers, photosets, pamphlets, magazines, or even artist photos. MERRY has been active for well over 15 years (as of this writing), so it's no surprise that most of these can get lost to time. Because of this, I've taken the time to scan my own collection and maintain its high quality compared to what a casual fan is able to find online. Included in my collection are also magazines/pamphlets that are rare because they're limited to Japanese purchase or can only be accessed by their fanclub. You can thank this thread for inspiring me to display my scans here; I mainly upload my scans to my MERRY tumblr fanblog. 👈If you wish to know the source of some of these scans, you can find more info from there.
 
*And just in case you're wondering, feel free to use my scans in any positive way you wish. That's mainly what they're here for ^^ I don't understand those who are strict with their uploads and/or ruin their pics by watermarking them ;~;

I for one am happy they're finally on a legit label and stopped releasing shitty demo tapes and (mostly) live dists and do real single and album releases nowadays. But it might just be me idk. 

Unfortunately due to Starwave Records we are forced to have talentless clips on good songs. It is sad

Echoing the love for Kagrra,'s shizuku. I could write an entire essay about it lmao, but t's unfortunate how unnoticed it goes after all these years. No band will ever come close to making the kind of music they did.
 
I'd also like to mention one of my favorite albums from the decade: kannivalism's Nu age.
 
 

Basically my whole collection (https://www.discogs.com/user/Leothing/collection ), but I'm particularly proud to own HOLLOWGRAM's "Paint in water color" and "History", and BugLug's "Japaneeds", they are proof that I went to Japan! (the HOLLOWGRAM ones feel pretty special, since the live I attended was the only way to get them!)

Kaiki (ex. Silver-Rose, ROUAGE, WITH SEXY), arguably the most important figure in the 90s Nagoya kei scene and founder of the indie labels noir and its successor Soleil.
 
 

All planned lives are in a different area of the country than Dali was in, so make of that what you will. The logo does look similar to Dali’s first logo though.

They are being advertised as a new band ((lololol)), but I believe it's actually the Under Code band making a comeback...I can't find any more information about them at this time. :))))
 

GAZ (Kneuklid Romance, original drummer of Malice Mizer) has passed away from an illness on December 22.
 

new artist "DAV" will debut on January 1, 2018, and they are signed to Starwave Records

I think a less awkward, more human English interpretation could be, "You, Me, And This Ugly Town"
I know the word order is reversed, but it sounds more natural in English, as does using "and" only once in a list.

Their new album 「不恰好な街と僕と君」(Bukakkô na machi to boku to kimi) will be released on 2018.02.07.

Sleepy art-kei group More announced that they will be releasing a new mini-album next year on April 20th. The cd is entitled "tyrantura," and the start of sales with commence with their live series "美しき暴君 (Utsukushi Boukun)." Further details have not yet been announced.
