First of all, I hope you're ok! Breakups are rough, especially if you genuinely like each other. Sadly not all good relationships are meant to be but having this knowledge really helps you have a better sense of self. Things will work out in the end (at least that's what I keep telling myself). I went through a similar thing back in March. We had different life goals and only realised it almost 3 years in. The relationship was starting to suffer due to these differences and it was getting me down so we had a big talk, had a big think, and mutually agreed to be friends. It's been almost 5 months and things have been completely fine and we still meet up to catch up, talk about our terrible love lives etc XD The best thing to do is embrace your newfound freedom and start focusing on yourself. I've found it really beneficial to just do what I want to do for a change, whether it's playing games, reading, or going for a long drive. Use the time to learn more about yourself, what you want from life, and what you want from a relationship. It'll really help when the next person comes along! I've spoken to a few women recently and instead of latching onto them immediately, I've assessed if they really fit what I'm looking for. Even though we would get on really well, the 'negatives' (shall we say) were too glaring to overlook in the grand scheme of things. However, knowing I'm more resolute in what I want now means that my future girlfriend/s will truly be a better fit and I'll be happier. And don't worry about being alone. Statistically speaking there are hundreds if not thousands of people out there who you're truly compatible with. You just need time and confidence in who you want to be and things will work themselves out Sorry for the essay, just thought I'd offload all the ideas that have helped me over the past few months

Another random one but I remember less. Get deciphering! Overall I get a sense of wanting connection with someone? -Met a friend I haven't seen in around 15 years. I was helping him with his break up (the break up did happen in real life but probably a few months ago?) -Watching a remake of some movie again and again, but leaving early on each time. -Going to said movie with someone who I knew in the dream but don't know in real life. I think it was a friend in the dream but there came a point where we nervously kissed each other and then she cuddled up to me to watch the movie? (To clarify, this is the kind of relationship goal I have in my head so I guess that influences things!) -I then watched We Are X with my dad (who doesn't understand my interest in VK) -Digging up the top layer of soil to rehouse it. This layer was totally covered in freeze-dried coffee. I spent time picking out all the worms from each clump but they were more progressively getting more like witchetty grubs?

Cool? The album sounds like a damn double-glazed window emporium XD And don't get me started on that album cover...

Is it like some unofficial jrock national anthem or something? There seems to be a bunch of covers for the song...most of which sound exactly the same but with different vocalists. I'm just curious about the history behind it and why it's a thing! Not knocking the song at all, it's a bop. (Also, Girugamesh did it best :p)

I'm listening to Arche and I forgot how much I love it. Sure it's a bit bloated but it's miles ahead of their last album in terms of...well everything. The Insulated World is pretty much unlistenable for me bar a handful of tracks.

I'm constantly pining for their Vulgar/WtD sound to come back. Something like Filth or Child Prey would be fucking immense but I know it would never happen. It's funny that they're so hellbent on being heavy now and yet even the last Gazette album is heavier than what they're putting out. Hell, most bog standard VK bands are now. I feel like they were at the forefront with TMOAB but now they're just...there.

Vivid but not exactly cohesive.... -Driving around the West Midlands (the county where I live in the UK), complete with potholes, grey weather, and bad drivers. -Walking around and coming across some random field with a play area in the middle. Pretty sure this was from another dream. -Walking around a bustling town centre. There was a middle Eastern dude busking. He was playing deathcore shit on drums, it was great. -Speaking to one of my friends (an ex girlfriend) about relationships while we're in an arcade. -My brother owns a horse in this dream. I plan to give it a three course meal (an apple for each course) for its birthday. Of course apples come in all sorts of flavours in my dream. I decide on apple pie flavour for dessert. Cut to me in the back seat of a car, feeding a horse an apple in the passenger seat of the car. -I wake up. What? XD

As above really! Apparently you can just dump your collection on Dropbox or Google Play for free and use various apps to play stuff on the go as would with Spotify...but with your own music? The wonders of the 21st century! I'm not great at keeping track of new and amazing ways of living side by side with our technological overlords, but this sounds like an easy enough thing to achieve. It would also save me the hassle of editing the pen drive in my car every week XD Is this all as easy as it sounds? Do you recommend any particular apps/methods? Is there any danger to you if pretty much all your music library had been downloaded illegally from here? XD Thanks in advance x

You sound so much like me! I can understand how over time it can all get a bit overwhelming and yet you feel a duty to be a good bro. I guess that carries across into the dream where you don't want to watch and yet because everyone else is there you have to do your bit too?

Just woke up from a weirdly vivid one. I went to a Dir En Grey gig with two friends. One of which was Kyo himself, who decided to get on the stage itself to take pictures/film the band to which we thought 'fair play, that's a great idea for close ups!'?! I never once actually saw the band but that didn't seem to register? So for most of the dream I was just looking at Kyo's back from far away as he filmed...nothing I guess? I don't think there was a crowd either XD The floor seemed to be covered in graves, two of which had rings resting on top of them along with a diagram (as apparently Kyo wore them for his current get up?). Interesting way to present merch I guess...? Just to point out, I genuinely don't have an obsession with Kyo. He was just weirdly prominent in this dream? The band then proceeded to play new stuff but I don't remember any of it. Probably because their last album was ass. They played the original version of Fukai though so I give the gig 11/10.

As a Brit, what the actual fuck...? This is just plain weird. What next? Kyo meeting Trump? (Please let this happen)
