Szia, fellow Hungarian! Welcome & enjoy your stay~ Yay for DIMLIM and MALICE MIZER!

^ Yeah, that's what I thought... too bad. ;((( Live clip looks like fun! I like it when Ao has the headset mic thingie, makes for a more dynamic performance.

I've come in here expecting news about anything BUT the album! What a shock!!! The perfect time would have been cca. 7.5 years ago, Yoshibro.
-
I can attest to this, lol. It was a bit sad to see, but the band was good at least. The venue was Muffathalle iirc, dunno the exact capacity.

Nice find! I think this might be the oldest, or at least one of the very oldest ones in VK (or V-rock or whatever). @AimiGen7 I don't count G Schmitt or Madame Edwarda as related to the VK scene in any way, they were just goth / post-punk to me at least. Also I don't think they did any PVs back when they were active in the '80s (I'm only aware of some scarce live footage from them).

Checked out the new mini album, and suddenly I realized I haven't listened to a full DIAURA release in over 4 years... wow. Anyway, I found it to be very mediocre, middle-of-the-road and boring for the most part, but maybe my expectations were higher than they should have been after hearing the PV track. The music was well-made but I was kinda struggling with how little emotion it evoked in me. I did like "断頭台から愛を込めて" and "[dignity]" but other than these two it was really hard to keep paying attention to the music it was so meh. It was kinda evenly okay-ish, with "ヘルグライド" being the low point for me, but then after that they redeemed themselves somewhat. I now remember why I haven't been following these guys more closely, heh.

THE NOVEMBERS never really clicked for me, but somehow I'm liking both of these new songs so far... who knows, this might be the NOVEMBERS album for me to check out?

Just watched Io on Netflix, and almost dozed off twice in the process. Apparently three people wrote the script for this movie but so little happened in it in such a bland vanilla manner that I immediately felt bored right after 15 mins. The set design and visuals were okay I guess, if I had to highlight some positive aspects. Not recommending this at all, unless you have 95 mins to nap and/or think about how much more interesting of a story you could make with the movie's premise or idk.

I did, and intend to watch it again! On first viewing it was quite good imo. I liked how they went in a different direction than the original, both story-wise and visually. Ofc the old one is a classic but this is a really strong movie in its own right. I was very much pleased with it.

Awwww bummer. It was a popular/frequented venue indeed.

へのへのもへじ was already released on the Type-B of their first single. Excellent DVD btw, especially considering how young they are! Great energetic performance, and the occasional acoustic guitar is a nice touch.

Here's a short live clip of "Machinegun Lullaby" that they recently put up on the Misshitsu Neurose YT account: Also, samples of the "0" remake mini album!! awwwww I really hope they'll do a regular release for this sometime in the future, it just sounds too good!! ;w;

Green, with some brownish parts sprinkled in.

I'm just beginning to dip my toes into RAZOR (okay that came out super wrong), but looking forward to hearing how this sounds~

I just discovered these guys, and I'm pleasantly surprised! I haven't really tried them till now because I didn't like BORN whatsoever when they were around (especially the vocals), but somehow the singer's perfectly okay here. The instrumentals are really competent too, not overdoing the heaviness, it's just a good balance all around. The songs are pretty neat/fun and there are actual memorable riffs, which is always a plus, lol. Listening to their stuff in reverse-chronological order and haven't heard anything I particularly dislike, so gonna keep an eye on them from now on. ^^

Nice song! Hoping the rest of the mini album will live up to this quality too.
-
@madygrain If it's any consolation, usually when they write that guest artists sing in the chorus of random songs, you don't really hear them that prominently, more like a backing voice to 'fill up space' (or at least that's what I've observed in J-rock particularly). Anyway, looking forward to how this will all sound!

The new X JAPAN album is released and YOSHIKI actually establishes his worldwide fame.
-
It's a bit weird for me how this band changed compared to their beginnings... I haven't been paying attention to them after their first few releases, but this song is pretty nice! Totally not something I expected.
-
For some reason this reminds me of mid-'90s Nine Inch Nails. Pretty cool.
-
felt cute, might delete later
-
Awesome sound! Now I'm looking forward to this even more.

Sounds good as always!
