Honestly, Onmyouza is one of those bands that I can take in very small doses and only at given times... I remember somewhat liking their old albums and even watching a live DVD of theirs that I quite enjoyed a few years back. So I decided to give the new double album-monster a try last month or so but truth be told, I could only get as far as 3-4 tracks before hitting delete. Sounded uninspired, boring and the guitars/overall sound was super-weak too.

^ Actually, both Chargeee and Közi tweeted about listening to the mixed tracks already... so hopefully it'll be out in a few months' time (even if not in a few weeks, tho that would be pretty rad).

I'm not a Royz fan (not even close, lol) but I remember giving CORE a try when it came out, only because I couldn't get that song LILIA out of my head - catchyyy~ Anyway, I literally recall nothing from the album, other than it being kinda mediocre/not too bad.

There have already been small Twitter mentions and photos about Kozi's band ZIZ recording their 2nd album but only recently did they update their official Twitter and Facebook, with the following message: https://twitter.com/ZIZofficial/status/541971913778556929 ...so let's hope it's soon indeed! Latest info: "NEIGHBORING CHAOSMOS" will be released quite soon, on 2014/12/27.

^ You should totally check out Crow×Class, I think one of the members is the same actually. Oto-oni were a nice band with a traditional flavor too, tho different from (and heavier) than the previously mentioned bands...

'80s goth/post-punk/deathrock band Phaidia has opened their official website and will have one revival gig on 2014/12/26 as indicated there.
