Yay~... tho wondering what exactly this "mix album" means. It has 8 tracks, that's for sure. I've seen some older blog entry where they referred to it as a mini album, so maybe that's what it is basically, with some live recordings slapped onto the end. Anyway, looking forward to it! cali≠gari will release their new live/tour DVD "セックスと嘘とデジタルビデオディスク" (Sex to uso to Digital Video Disc) from 2015/07/05 (Shinagawa Stellar Ball gig), which will only be available at concerts (for now?). It will contain live renditions of their new album tracks from all over the venues of their spring tour "セックスと噓とライヴハウス" (Sex to uso to Livehouse), plus offshot/backstage footage. It will also contain a 24-page booklet. Btw, they emphasized how each track was recorded with the given venue's camera equipment (to give off that raw, uncut feel) and how fast they release the DVD, lol. Sweet PV song! I've never really listened to this group, but I might begin with this album then.

Another recent death metal discovery of mine: Amputory, who have released their debut album "Ode to Gore" back in May. A sweet & short, to-the-point, awesomely riffin' slab of concrete-heavy death from Finland. Killer stuff.
