Curious to hear some music from them, cuz STELLA... was pretty good back in the day. I just hope that they up their production budget, lol.

Let's just hope that Riki had a throat transplant or something, lol. Last time I checked his voice was roughhhh.

r.i.p. COMMANDO QUAL Shame to see a band with such a history go... even if the last thing I liked from them was released in like 2006. xD

Lovin' it! I'm sensing strong 13kai-era B-T vibes. Already pre-ordered the album.

Black Mass - Wow. Just wow. Can't remember when the last time was when I watched such a boring never-ending garbage of a movie. I mean, it's not horrible, just incredibly unremarkable, too long and lukewarm. Thank god for Johnny Depp tho, he was absolutely great! What an amazing and vile character (also props to his makeup team xD). The only saving grace of an otherwise completely forgettable biopic/gangster flick. If you really wanna watch something new and crime-related, Sicario is your best bet!

^ They've never been the kind of band to include single tracks on albums, or at least not yet. I wouldn't mind if they released all those one-off singles on some sort of collection album tho (even in re-recorded versions a la their 'special' mini album).

Been spinning some instrumental jazz-fusion math rock-metal things lately, particularly: ...and looks like Javier Reyes from Animals As Leaders has a new solo album out under his Mestis moniker!

I'm not that in-the-know with regular/indie labels, but speaking for visual kei, from the currently active record labels I really enjoy what Ains (Mad Wink!) puts out most of the time. They have a cool variety of "kinda almost old-school but fresh at the same time" bands... I guess you could say they're carrying the "O.G." vk torch through to the modern era or something like that. Also gotta echo @emmny on the david skull no records part, cuz, well... it's aie. Yeah. xD From the defunct labels, my two biggest faves would have to be Key Party and UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. Both had a killer lineup of bands, each with their own unique styles (for the most part). UNDER CODE's latter roster was kinda iffy, but still, most of what they released in the majority of their existence was pretty cool stuff. Oh, and Key Party bands had really cool design and packaging! Totally made up for any shortcomings in sound production (which was kinda also their charm in a way).
