If they are going to rehash older works, I would like them to do a DIM + Stacked Rubbish combo. I really enjoyed the catchiness of Stacked Rubbish... As for the new song, it's enjoyable, however I hope this won't be one of the leading tracks from the album as I feel Gazette has too many songs to promote their album that are like this....Leech, Suicide Circus (the pre chorus), Ibitsu, Derangement, etc...

I think A Priori is actually decent but the beginnning screaming is kind of annoying. I actually usually skip the first like 20 secs. lol

Agreed. Let's think of some shining hiatus examples that have come back stronger XtripX, SUG, Girugamesh...just let them have some time to recharge. Things will be fine.

I thought all of their singles were really good but I did not like their album though. Their latest mini was really really good though so I am sad their gone. Hopefully Temari comes back in something else soon.

Furik and Elazmus basically sum up my thoughts. I like MBHI because of the Kurt feel to them. I've always loved that band and still play their songs frequently. It's nice to hear that again but Iistening to MIMIC, I felt some hints of Chemical Pictures too especially with Haiiro no Mori. I will also say this, I personally didn't really like Chemical Pictures first mini too much (they butchered Praparat ) so I think this band will grow just like they did. I remember when they started releasing many singles and each single just got better and better so I can imagine this happening with MBHI too. I did enjoy MIMIC but aozora guillotine single is their best so far. And Tenten is just so awesome to me! His voice is distinct in the VK scene and it feels really raw to me like when Miyavi sings. Plus he's fun to watch in music videos and live (though I've only seen youtube videos of his performances). Also, I feel he always knows the right musicians to work with to bring out the best in the band. I've never had a time where I felt ...hmm...this vocalist's voice doesn't seem to fit well with the music. Plus they follow me on twitter and Chemical Pictures never did so I have a bias XD lol

It sounds decent so far. I don't really have a problem with the Gazette sound either as I liked Eccentric Agent & quite a lot. I agree that it sounds better than anything he's done in the past thus far. So we'll see. And on another note, he looks more natural in his moments on camera. I remember a lot of the reasons I didn't like watching him is because he just seemed awkward in his videos.

DISREIGN - REIGN knock off Logo looks similar to DIV single cover looks like Gazette + b&w with a head image And I can't find that band picture BUT I know there is a band that has taken a similar picture. lol. oh, Yohio...well I'm sure it looks innovative in Sweden?

I was pumped even before I heard any samples! So let's see how it is! 01 嗚咽 - It has this very creepy vibe to it, but that guitar riff gets really repetitive after awhile even if they do small variations throughout the song on it. The mini break after the first chorus is so cool and creepy and then the break! F*CK YEAH! but then it goes into the repetitive guitar again and eh. Chorus is decent though. 3/5 02 ネジレル - Sounds like some nu metal music and I can get down with that. Love the DJs scratching. It feels well with this song without being overbearing. The only thing I didn't really like was the chorus. Kind of boring, but overall the song was decent. 3/5 03 REAPER MIMIC - I love the guitars in this song. I like Tenten's rapid lyrics in his verses and his more aggressive voice. This is my head banging sh*t but once again, the lowest part of the song is the chorus. Love the outro. My neck hearts. 4/5 04 灰色の森 - Very beautiful sounding song with some really cool fast pace drums going on. I love Tenten's singing and that bass is grooving all the way through. The piano is just icing on the cake. They really know how to take minimum elements to a song and make it sound distinct. 4/5 05 凶の世界 - THIS IS MY FAVORITE SONG RIGHT HERE! Everything is perfect with this song. The guitars, bass, vocals, drums and there are some cool utilization of guitar effects in this song. I love the chorus. Tenten sounds so beautiful and endearing. 5/5 06 目覚める2分前・・I explained my love for this song. These types of songs are also to me. It's like they literally just sat down and whatever came to them at the time they were just like "f*ck it, this is the song". one take. I know that's not how it went, but it's really raw and I love it. Head banging and such. But I will say that it's NOT a good track to leave us on. I feel like the mini isn't complete with this song being the last thing I hear. 4/5 Overall: I love how all the tracks flow smoothly into each other. This is a very cohesive sounding mini album but I was annoyed they left me on a cliffhanger "目覚める2分前・・". I don't think that was a good way to end things. I will say this is a good first mini album even if there isn't anything really groundbreaking here. One thing I can say that I love about Tenten is that he always knows the right band members to pick to suit his voice. There is never that awkward feeling of "hmmm..this band shouldn't do this because their vocalist can't do that type of song". HIS BANDS ALWAYS HAVE THE RIGHT TYPE OF SONG TO FIT HIS VOICE. This mini album is like a combination of all the best parts of his previous bands (minus kiss my way which I didn't like that much anyway) plus skull influence. I'm so happy with this work! 4/5
