Star wave is pretty much the only label that has bands that hold the same style of cheesy as Sui. It's natural for them to go together since they appeal to the same kind of people. Gothic lolitas and vampire princes are a dying trend in the visual scene (sans versailles and a few others I gess) . People go directly for the alternative looking host look instead mostly. The niche has a bigger chance of survival without lines in the sand.

I really wish the green dude was hanging from the ceiling but he's just sitting higher with his arms eased. Huge missing opportunity.
They've lost a fan.

Can westerners visual kei?
Yoshiki: Yes www
Me, an intelectual: no

I look forward to giving them a chance as well.

Ain't this guys like 45 now?
Nice seeing full revivals like this happening.
Was this band popular with so few releases?

Vo. is wasted in this absolutely boring and uncreative style. Looking forward to their disbandment and next project if they don't step up their expressive and creative game.
They don't sound bad, that's for sure.

Vanity S was kinda different and decent but their album kinda did everything they come of with the concept so perfectly fine disbandment.
This is not very interesting though.

is this the first VK band ever to take their profile pics with natural lightning? I don't think it's cheap, it's average. Having too much undirected light does not mask it like in other shoots.

It seems Type B will contain a secret track titled "Tohokuzawa Standing Drinking Blues".
Seems like including secret joke tracks is going to be a regular thing.

I hope Sakito takes some singing lessons too. He's not bad but there is room for improvement.

I hate when this kind of stuff happens.

Band history?

No this is a pen? That song is legendary.
Actually surprised they are still around.

Interesting lineup...

Confirmation bias: the thread

I don't like arlequin or pentagon but did enjoy their release. I want to think there's potential.

I'm... not good at faces. Any clue?

I do hear fukusuke in Metronome and The Beethoven

I know, it's they smaller venue close to the actual dome, but it's still pretty big. I remember bands I thought to be much bigger than Daizystripper like Baroque or Nightmare played there. I was not expecting them to have an event there. It's bigger than most ZEPP venues wich are almost limited to long standing bands, right?
-
wow I remember listening tho their first single when it was released and buying those 2 albums they released on the same day. Now they play on the Tokyo Dome Hall for their tour finals? I thought they leaked long ago but they have grown a lot.
-
They're super late for promo, in general.
I'm a bit torn on this too. It's good but it didn0t get me like the 1st release.
I was also expecting a more diverse set of songs compared to what they did previously. It will all grow on me with ease, though.

New single will be released on dec 24th 2017

Seems Kaz will take his time to recover, but he will return to the band when he's better. In the meantime Chariots has supended activities from nov 23rd. including their one man on that same date
Until then though, the 3 remaining members will act with a support gu.
From the start of the suspension of the activities of Chariots they will play under the name 37564-ミナゴロ-( 37564 minagoro) and being a different band (?)
Their intention is to be able to come back as Chariots asap, though.
Here's the original message for a better interpretation:

Nov-dec-jan is already is looking super interesting, but I expect march to have many interesting releases too, as usual.

So here's the thing some people keep bringing up:
1 )There is potentia in this band
2) Lime suposedly is dragging that potential down because of performance/range
but:
3) AFAIK Lime is credited in everything for this band
I don't know shit about Lime or how Lezard sound. So far it seems Kizu is fun but they have not shown too much flexibility. I'm really looking forward to see how they develop and if they can do different things. I think I will probably enjoy their releases but I fear I am going to get bored of them if they don't surprise me positively at some point that is not very far in the future.
I don't think this is a big issue overall though, since people can like a lot bands that are good or serviceable at doing 1 or 2 things if they like their style.
On the single itself, I think the title track is very likeable but the b sides are not as good as in oshimai. I like all the songs in that release but I can't say I see myself coming back to listen much to Kawazu's.
