lol i downloaded the album out of curiosity. that track is Jolin Tsai's 大艺术家 (da yi shu jia)
Ah, that's it! Thanks, hiroki. I listened to a couple of her other songs and her voice sounded a bit higher so I figured it wasn't her. Mystery is solved hehe.
