People feel too entitled these days. I remember a time when I was downloading jrock from WinMX - one song at a time, because queing up entire albums was considered rude and practically unheard of before people started sharing zipped versions of albums. No one cared about bitrates. Later I would assemble those single songs into albums again - sometimes with songs of varying bitrates. Was it very messy? Yes. And you know what? It didn't matter. It didn't decrease my enjoyment of the music in the slightest. It still made me fall in love with those jrock bands that I still love today.
 
 
Nowadays, with more people having access to high-speed internet, sharing high bitrates or losless rips is much easier. But I still respect the uploaders privilege to choose their own bitrate. Their CD. Their rip. Their decision.
 
If we go by the "share to the fullest or don't share at all"-logic everybody would have to start uploading lossless rips and nothing else anyway. But complaining that a file you get for free is 192k instead of 320k is just spoiled whining, whatever way you look at it.

I approve of nonsensical bands with lulzworthy names. They'll either be funny, or so bad it's funny. Either is fine with me.

Apart from some of the stuff already mentioned (classis 90s styles like La'Mule), I always found Yuuki's "Lady Liberty"-look quite... special.
 

Yeah, I guess the difference is that I was (as usual) very late to the game. I started Origins a few months before Inquisition came out, so I basically played all 3 games in a row, and I knew that DA2 was considered... controversial when I started it. So I didn't really have high expectations when I began and I found it to be not as bad as I feared from all the bashing going on. XD
 
 
 
I must have been the only person in the world who appreciated that. My Inquisitor was a warrior, not a Disney princess, so I was happy they didn't force her into some frilly dress. (Well, eventually she ended up in a dress anyway for the wedding scene in Trespasser.)

But in the meantime, I would like to bring some attention to 2 legendary threads from olden times:

English is basically an offshoot of an early medieval German dialect (the Angles and Saxons came from northern Germany after all), but later they got screwed over by french-speaking Normans, which is why there are a lot of words from medieval French as well. Also, at some point the English decided that all those declinations are just not cool and dropped most of them. And while they were at it, they also shifted half their vowels... but I digress.
 
 
In a nutshell: they are related (both are germanic languages) and are somewhat similar, but have developed quite differently since over 1500 years. I'd say they are similar enough to make it easier to learn one language if you speak the other, but it also can be confusing, because some words may sound similar and even have the same origin, but have developed into very different meanings now.

Ito can even be on TW, waste time, and NOT look for new skins, all at the same time.

I'm sorry, but this isn't really the place for that. If we allow this to stay, everyone will start posting their promo links and we have a name for that: spam.
