I wouldn't really call Kiryu undervalued either. In terms of vk indies bands, they seem to get a fair share of attention. When I upped their album at TW.net, it got 800 downloads from my Mediafire alone. For comparison, a 12012 single I upped around the same time got the same amount of downloads. 2 somewhat undervalued bands I can think of are ??????? and Lamiel.

For all the effort it was done rather sloppily. Like, claiming it was a live distributed release and not checking if they actually had a live that day.

Well, for now I could just re-add the International Subforum. People can use it to talk in their own languages, but they could also make threads for certain cities or regions to connect with fans from their area, if any are around.

Well, as fas as I'm concerend he can screw over as many traders as he wants to, if they're guillable enough to make such a trade without doing some checking. But he should keep this crap off TW with making fake accounts and bogus request threads.

As a matter of fact, he used the member title "trade only hater" and created a topic "Stuff we'll never see around" to rant about rare stuff that was impossible to get because of people who wouldn't share it.Which does not explain why he would scrobble a fake file, edit various wiki pages to indicate that the song exists and create a fake TW account to request this file. I can't prove that he also created the other last.fm profiles but it seems highly likely. It is of course possible that he got a badly tagged file in the first place, but I'd venture to say Girugamesh is distinctive enough that one would notice a fake file right after the first minute. And then you don't go and scrobble it or modify wikipedia pages. Maybe he wanted to piss off some traders by spreading rumors of some rare Girugamesh file and then try to get people to trade for it? I don't know. Since he's a member here, maybe he wants to explain himself what's behind this.

No, I was talking about the english version. But for what it's worth, the japanese version was edited from the same ISP/location as the english one, as was the spanish version (and maybe other language versions, I was too lazy to check). As a matter of fact, the person in question is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, so it's no surprise it's spread around spanish forums.

It has been brought to my attention that not long ago somebody edited Girugamesh's wikipedia page to add that release to their discography section. I checked the revision history to see who inserted the reference to that single. The edits were made from an anonymous user only identified bis his IP. I checked this IP too and, unsurprisingly, found out that is from the same city as the user shadowdio/bowwow and uses the same service provider. I think it's safe to assume that it's the same person again. Of course this all doesn't rule out that this single exists, but it seems to be highly unlikely that is does, as there is really no good evidence for it. More likely is that the person shadowdio created several fake last.fm profiles, edited the wiki page, and made a fake account here to request a file that doesn't exist, for whatever purpose. Maybe he wants to fap to people requesting something that doesn't exist. Maybe he had planned to upload a fake file at some point, I don't know. Maybe that person shadowdio just bought into a hoax himself, but that doesn't explain why he scrobbled the file at some point and then came here to request it under an alter ego name. If anybody has any tangible evidence for the existence of this file (not random people claiming they have it), feel free to add it here so that we can clear things up. Until there is some proof I will delete any further request made for this file. Also, feel free to link to this page when people elsewhere ask for this file.

Well we had the international forum before, it wasn't really that actively used. Maybe once we've grown back again a bit, at the moment I don't think there are enough users to make forums for different cities. Continents would be more like it, lol.

Ummm, I already added a code that limits the images in sigs 2 days ago. That's why his sig is small, it gets resized, just like all other images in sigs. I even chose a very low limit for image height so that the sig doesn't get too bloated even when somebody stacks 2 pics above each other. So I find it weird that you still think the sigs are too huge. I really can't do more than that. If it still annoys you, then just disable to display of sigs alltogether. You can see the date when the topic was started at the top of each thread.

I haven't bought any manga whatsoever for several years now. Hence why I haven't read more than volume 1 of Ludwig Revolution. Maybde I'll pick it up again when I find some time.

It just means that they're leaving the label. After Vidoll "graduated" from Under Code they just switched to another indies label and didn't went major until after almost 2 years, I think.

God Child is probably my favourite manga overall. The avatar I used to have on this board back in 2007 when it was first active was actually of Dr. Disraeli, lol. Angel Sanctuary is alright. The first 15 volumes or are good, but it gets far too convoluted and confusing at the end. Plus, I can't stand the protagonist. Setsuna is such a whiny emo bitch, lol. Now, Count Cain, that's more my cup if coffee. Other than that I also read Neji, Kaine, Ludwig Revolution (but only the first volume so far - which was pretty lol) and Boy's Next Door.

I was at the concert at Cologne. It was... hot. I mean in the literal sense. It was a warm day and I swear it was over 40° C (104° F) inside the venue. But other than that it was enjoyable enough. I'm somewhat out-of-loop with jrock, which pretty much all my favourite bands being disbanded. Versailles is one of the few that are still active, so I thought it was worth a visit, especially since I found a friend who came along, I probably wouldn't have bothered to go alone, because going alone to concerts sucks. Also, they played "Sound in Gate" as intro which alone made it worthwhile. If they ever return I probably won't go to see them again (not because it was bad, but because I don't think I'll get more out of it by seeing them again), but I'm glad that I went this time.

Nothing. Vk bands have always disbanded at astonishing speeds.It always amuses me how each and every year we hear the same "OMG, SO MANY DISBANDMENTS, THIS IS THE WORST YEAR FOR VK EVER!!!" meme.

Public transportation in the US sucks. Their network of High Speed trains for example is about as big as that of Portugal. Yes, Portugal. A country that has a 100th of the size of the US. So yes, when it comes to public transportation, Europe (or Japan as well, for that matter) is far ahead of the times. I think Americans mostly rely on planes, but that's probably more expensive, I dunno.

So... did you try the options I gave you? Because everybody else seems to able to use copied kanji. At least I haven't heard any other complaints so far. Or is anybody else having problems?
