ClosetChild sent me a mail on the 20th of January that they'll notifie me, when the parcel will be dispatched, but i'm still waiting. Is that normal? xD
yes they have a shortage of staff at the moment so things are taking longer than usual. but it's also possible they forgot to let you know that your parcel has been dispatched.
