TheBistroButcher666 got a reaction from Delkmiroph in Gay relationships' public facade.
I saw a gay Indian couple in my complex holding hands, I wanted to be like YEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH and give them a big thumbs up to show my support. Yet, I thought that might be awkward and come off wrong, so I just tried not to stare which I think may have also came off awkward and could have given off the wrong impression.
Seattle though, especially in the Capitol Hill region has a pretty large gay community and it's normal to see gay couples holding hands or showing public affection, like kissing a loved one good bye.
The best was when there was some religious nut-jobs protesting on some corner about how we're all going to go to hell and gays are dumb. A gay couple walked by them holding hands and just kindly waved to them as a big passive aggressive FUCK YOU. Loved it, Seattle is awesome like that.

What kind of database are you using? Relational database?? CAN I QUERY THE SHIT OUT OF IT?!?!!?!?
It would be cool to do end of year statistics on how many new bands formed and how many broke up.
WOULDN'T THAT BE COOL?!? Then make pie charts and graphs and all that pretty shit.

TheBistroButcher666 got a reaction from Youko_o in Show your Room !
My actual bedroom is pretty normal, just a bed, dresser and all that. Most of my home is like that actually.
So here is my corner of the living room.
This desk is actually one of three and it wraps around with another two gaming PCs. The place is kind of a dump right now because we're moving so boxes and junk are kind of all over the place so I don't want to really take a picture of my home looking like it was hit by a tornado.

TheBistroButcher666 reacted to hyura in How do you trade for rarez?
^oh yes this.
I mean. they exist. Actually rare releases. Mostly by obscure bands or super limited stuff.
But that's a small percentage. Then there's the stuff people are just too greedy to buy or too lazy to actively look for.

TheBistroButcher666 reacted to CAT5 in Ever feel like supporting an artist isn`t worth it?
Supporting the music you like/love is wonderful, but as many have noted already, buying all of the merch/CDs in the world does not mean you get to control the will or fate of the band. If the band is going to change styles, disband, or use their money snort cocaine from the dirty asses of prostitutes - that's simply beyond your control. It's a bit egotisitcal to think that you own a band because you own their CD, or to think that a band has to conform to your whims because you spent money on them.
You see, there's this wonderful thing called "free will" - so if you like it, feel free to support it - if you don't like it, you don't have to support it.

TheBistroButcher666 reacted to Peace Heavy mk II in GOKIBURI 3-month consecutive new maxi singles release
omg leave his charmingly anaphylactic voice alone
I was wondering when those singles would actually get released. They seemed to mention them and then forget they were doing a multi-release campaign |D Yay @ kind of knowing how to be brvtal now. Lol @ rehashing a part of "Hello Katty" again... again.
Yuuga is like the Taco Bell of vkei: he uses the same parts of songs he's written but then just mixes them up in different order and BAM that's no longer a 5 layer burrito, that's a baja gordita supreme. Icon.

TheBistroButcher666 reacted to Miasma in 己龍(kiryu) new album "暁歌水月(gyoukasuigetsu)" release
Oh my god I love the new look! Love the concept of them attending their own funeral. At least that's what it looks like to me since those are older pictures of them in the back. I really hope this means they're also experimenting with their sound and bringing some fresh new ideas. God knows they need it. They can only make so many frantic noisy songs before they all start to sound alike... some of them already do imo.

TheBistroButcher666 reacted to Bear in グリーヴァ(Grieva) new album "終焉(shuuen)" release
I checked their debut album earlier today because people have been comparing them to the late 90's/early 00's VK bands like Madeth gray'll, Aliene Maφriage, La'Mule, old Dir en grey and so on and I can definitely hear what people are talking about. Not quite sure what I think ofthe production after one listen though, as I've used to like it a bit dirtier than that. I thought the production sounded a bit too modern for that kind of music. But it was promising, and it's an album I'll keep listening to. Hopefulyl I'll get used to the production.
I'm really looking foward to new releases from these guys.

TheBistroButcher666 got a reaction from Pandabear in Unclean vocals and none singing voices
My problem with VK trying to do numetalcorelawl vocals is that it's just a bad imitation of establish genres that have set the standard for that style.
I agree that being used to is one way to look at it. When you've been listening to actual death metal bands or black metal bands and harsh vocals is pretty much the trademark of those genres, the poorly imitated VK take on it is going to just not sound good at all. You're used to just hearing the better use of that style.
Wow, very descriptive.....
