^ I'm all for getting rid of bad rips and transcodes, but not everyone sees eye to eye when it comes to what bit-rate they rip their CDs in... at the end of the day it's at the ripper's own digression as to what format they choose to rip at. And personally I don't give two shits if someone decides to rip a CD and not choose 320kbps as their preference, I'm just happy they ripped it at all and so should you. Also this is a transcode discussion not a bit-rate discussion. This forum already states clearly that the minimum bit-rate is 128kbps in the forum rules and is already a well established rule... so there's no use bring it up in this thread.

It's not as bad as everybody is saying... it is definitely better than 5, not to mention there is tons of Character fanservice. I don't get why everybody is freaking out just because it's becoming more action oriented... anyone who's been following the series the past couple of iterations should not be surprised by this at all. The one thing I never hear people talking about is how much content this game has, I mean there is four (yes I said four) different campaigns.. plus Mercenaries mode. Not to mention if your a highscore junkie your gonna want to play all those multiple times trying to get the S-tier medals and difficulty achievements. What I'm trying to say is that this game has an amazing amount of content, I've been playing since release day and I'm still not done with the fourth campaign yet.

So what's up with this "Mugen Souls" game? From what I've seen so far it looks hella moe... and while that may be a good thing (for me atleast), it's gonna take more than being cute to get my purchase. Anybody who has it already and wanna share your opinions, please do so. I need more information before I decide to get it or not...

Lately it has been Playing "X-COM: enemy Unknown" and I've been watching alot of Ecchi anime that I missed out on the past couple of seasons...

Those are just the new animes that I thought were the most interesting/promising out of the new line up. Other series that are returning for consecutive seasons that I'm hype for include Bakuman season 3, Jorgumand season 2, and of course the return of Gintama!!! Which is definitely my most anticipated series of the year. Also I am still onboard for SAO, Eureka Seven AO, Hunter x Hunter (2011), and my personal Favorite from the summer line up; Kingdom!

so yeah I'm back from my long and tedious hiatus that I never actually announced (or planned for that matter) I was going on... to summarize and make a very long story short here is what happened. back in march-april 2011 i decided to take a few weeks break from the interwebz as I was in the middle of prepping for graduation and all that good stuff, turns out a few weeks turned into a few months and then when i finally came back my computer craps out on me... okay that's cool (it was a piece of sh*t anyways) it was about time, I had known it was coming for a long time, so i get said computer fixed. A week later the HDD fails... I get it replaced, two weeks after that it crashes and won't boot up. Okay sh*t computer meets the f*cking wall and then the trash can. Alright at this point I'm pissed so pissed that I just said to hell with it. and so this goes on until the beginning of this year when i decided to start saving money to build a new desktop. by the time may came around i had enough money to start building it, so it takes about a month and a half for me to order all the parts and install them... everything's in and now I'm gonna boot it up for the first time.... nothing... double check all the wiring... still nothing. Needless to say I raged really hard and ended up forgetting it for three more months until I finally tackled the situation about a week ago. Turns out the motherboard was grounding out on the bottom of the case, so i had to take out everything and reinstall. Now it works, and this ends this long story that was supposed to be a short summary of what happened to me. So there you have it. With all this said I plan to become an active member again, just have to re-acclimate myself to the forum and internet setting and life style and I should be fine. again sorry for never actually making a post when this all happened... I could've easily done so at one point in time, but chose not and ended up drifting farther away from my internet brethren, So for this I am sorry. Also for anyone who might have thought I was dead, sorry to say I'm still here

I've mainly been playing two titles; one handheld for when i'm on the go and one for home time... Tales of the Abyss (3ds) and Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii) Yeah I've been feeling very Jrpg-ish lately, and it's not likely that it will change considering "The Last Story" comes out in the states this summer

Couldn't stand Twins because of the loli characters and homo moments. Only thing I liked was the ED song and any scene Mizuho was in. Well TBH I love lolis to death... but yeah to each their own i guess

agreed. There definitely aren't enough good romance animes these days, also I'm a big Onegai Teacher and Onegai Twins fan. So I'm especially thrilled about this anime

Your not the only one! I've been digging their new direction for years now, I haven't really checked much out since Karma, but i always loved that they aren't afraid to experiment and take their sound to new places I'ts actually quite refreshing. although i admit there are way to many haters for this band these days, ever since Shion they've been steadily increasing with each consecutive album... funny how Shion was the album where they first started to change their sound drastically eh...?
