  1. Koshi Inaba is hands down my favorite (along with the other guy in my avatar ). Marked down a few others (Morrie, Sugizo, Atsushi, Gackt and Kiyoharu) too.

I like the vocalist. He sounds a lot like Daisuke from Kagerou sometimes, it's fascinating. Their look reminds me of old D'espairsRay and the video also has a couple of scenes that resemble the Garnet PV too, which is nice. The rest is kinda generic and boring tbh.

Hope Mitsu finds a new band soon! I've always liked his voice since he was in ラッド. Anyway, didn't really listen to these guys, but sucks for the fans. Seems like they were doing really well lately too, it's weird they're disbanding now.

lol I had a feeling it was. I have it downloaded as nu Chemical Romance for some reason.

I have the same feeling. Their latest singles have been hit-or-miss for me, but ZERO at least sounds good (it sounds closer to their older music, which is always appreciated). I really hope it's a good album, it's been way too long since I've really enjoyed one of their full-lengths - the last being nu Chemical Romance, which makes it almost 10 freaking years. I'll admit PEEP SHOW was good too, but only when played live. That Hibiya Yagai Ongakudou live DVD after PS was amaaaaazing.
  6. I like the song. And seeing Ukigumo. 10/10 Shiina girl, that hair though.
  7. Sounds gorgeous, as always.

It still saddens me how DJ had such a great peak with Visions and azure back in 2005/2006 and then just forgot how to write memorable and creative songs. This new album is actually alright, probably their best original output since those two releases (2009's [REVIVE] is obviously the best, but it's a re-recordings album). Days, Sunset Riot and SLIP FROM MY HANDS are good songs though. As boring as it may sound in 2014, Lapidary is still their best.
  9. Enjoy your trip, Trombe!

    ^ I have no idea. I don't listen to v[NEU].

Hoping for more stuff like Daidai: (forgive me, I'm really excited about this)

WHOA, this 2005/2006 realness right here Great line-up! Brings back a lot of memories. HeaRt was a big favorite of mine back then and I always wondered what had happened to Jun. Nice to see Kouya and Yuki back too!
  13. I like them even more after listening to the samples! Really hope this ends up online eventually.
  14. This guy is freaking awesome. Canadians are lucky to have him bringing those kinds of bands to perform in their country.

lol they're tacky as hell. What an awful band name.

winnie! Their new album is awesome. My favorite of theirs so far. Hozier's debut album has also been on repeat here for days now and it's absolutely beautiful.

they sound greeeeeat. can't wait to listen to this!
  19. I'm not much of a gamer at all. I just own a Nintendo 3DS to play Pokémon and some random other stuff. Marked "Nintendo DS" too because I also have one to play older games with.
  20. saishuu

I agree with Augie. That sample sounds boring as hell.

    Kagerou's XII dizzy. Never fails.

  23. Late 90's - early 00's for me. I started listening to VK in 02/03, right when some of the older bands from the 90's were disbanding (MALICE MIZER, LUNA SEA) or just starting to fully grow into bigger names, like DIR EN GREY. Younger bands who would be big by late 00's were also starting to get more popularity (Gazette, Nightmare, D'espairsRay, Kagrra, etc), so I was able to catch up with most of the best VK music from both decades. Things started to go south for me by late 00's, with only a few amount of bands standing out, so my choice is fairly easy.
