Peppermint's look is gonna go down in history as one of the best ever seen on the show. She did that. This was probably my favorite runway in any season. I wish all the other queens could've done it on the show.

Lashauwn Beyond really did see... beyond... this is RuPaul's Best Friend Race I'm not a big fan of this season either and I don't even care who goes home or wins, but I don't think anything can be as bad as S7 tbh. At least some of the challenges in S9 are entertaining - S7 had nothing besides the John Waters one. We still have Trinity to bring the camp!

I'm honestly just happy we finally had something truly memorable this season. lol I like Valentina and wish she'd gone farther, but she only has herself to blame for getting eliminated. She's a lock for Miss Congeniality and AS3, so whatever. The ~fandom, however, remains the worst.

That first day setlist! It's unfortunate the new single is once again an anisong, but given how good バタフライエフェクト was, I hope they keep the momentum going.

Okay, I've been reading a lot of people here saying they were one of the most successful and popular bands out of this latest generation and my question is: were they? I've always felt they are far more successful among the western fanbase than in Japan, which honestly means absolutely nothing to determine their status in the scene. They don't seem to sell that well, the biggest place they held an oneman was Zepp Tokyo (in 2014; other than that they seem to have reached a plateau at Akasaka BLITZ, meaning they've been stagnated for years now) and it doesn't look like they're leaving much of an impact within the scene (if any at all).

Farrah is finally gone, amen. Anyone else feeling like this season's editing is making things a little too obvious? I could tell from 10min into the episode that Pepperment was gonna win and that Alexis and Farrah were bound to lipsync.
