From under reporting numbers? I think pretty much all countries are under reporting due to the lack of testing, not just Japan. I’m from America and I know for a fact that we have waaaay more cases than we’re seeing reported because we aren’t testing.

In Japan’s case, I wouldn’t be surprised if the olympics (and work culture over there in general) had a hand in the hesitance to test. The less you test, the less confirmed cases you have. With less confirmed cases, people feel less likely to get the virus so they carry on as usual.

That is true. They were massively under reporting cases due to Tokyo Olympics 2020, thinking it's just a bubble and it will eventually pass. But once they realized how serious it is, they announced that the Olympics were reported till 2021 and out of a sudden the reported cases exploded over night.

Now, that was under reporting. But I wouldn't call not testing enough people under reporting. To me under reporting is when the government  knows the numbers but decides to not reveal them to the masses, like what China is being accused of right now, and what Japan did to protect Tokyo Olympics 2020.

But as for now, I don't think they do. As I just can't see what they would gain from doing that as opposed to China.

I hate sounding like a conspiracy theorist but I honestly feel like numbers are/were being under reported. Plus Japan hasn't been testing as much as China and South Korea. It's really irresponsible considering how old Japan's population is... Not enough measures being taken and the measures that have been taken are infuriating i.e the whole "two masks for every family" debacle.

What would they gain from doing that though, out of all other countries.

  3. I personally never was into old school Visual Kei (both music and aesthetics), even back in the days I was only listening to the bands who went for a more modern/heavy sound and sleek black leather jackets (instead of the extravagant cosplay look most bands went for at the time) such as Dir En Grey, 12012 (Post Deicida of Silence) and lynch.

Started getting more and more into the genre as more heavy bands have started emerging on the scene. The turning point for me was the release of Dogma by the GazettE which was kind of the official announcement that the Visual Kei scene fully embraced the heavier sound and was ready to follow the prophecy of Dir En Grey.

Perhaps you want to refer to what some people here call the "guitar-wanking"? That sort of excessively chopped guitar lines and/or fast high-pitch melodies. That work is featured in both djent and math genres as well, although their differences.

    Yup, that exactly. Thanks.

It's very unpleasant to my ears.

PM me your location, fuck the Corona virus.

i just wanna figh....I mean talk.

You should be mad at the 2/10 guy. At least I gave this a 6 boyo.

XIII is a much more homogeneous record. This one sounds like a debut album of a new band trying to show off all the different styles they can play.

I gave it a decent rating though because the brutal tracks were a blast.

Actually, now that I think about it...this album would’ve been more dope if it was just ballads.

Yeah It would. At least it would have its own niche for people who are in the mood for ballads.

This chaotic mix just doesn't do it for me. XIII takes a deuce on this record.
