Haha, I can get that...usually I can't stand Engrish either (most especially in rock/metal) but somehow knowing what an influence David Bowie had on Atsushi, I dunno somehow makes it feel endearing instead of forced? Not sure if that makes sense. Just like THE IMMORTAL live, addressing the audience almost entirely in English making an atmosphere of a real punk-goth live. (I think B-T / etc is the only place I've made an exception 😂)

I feel the same...I didn't like the MV track at all. Maybe it's easier for me to give it a pass since most of the time I use loud high BPM music to stay focused. I had also ignored くしゃみ for awhile, but it turned out I really liked it, sans the main chorus anyway. (Then again I also liked the rawer version of 食べたい which most people disliked...we're all just looking for diff shit I guess lol.)

I like what you got out of it with GIMP...it made it look like an encaustic.

SILENT NIGHT (even though I can hardly listen through, cause, sad), TABOO, and JUST ONE MORE KISS, honestly I prefer this album on live.

I've been listening to their latest almost every day when I go running...so I look forward to it. (Just keep out those songs)

Oh thank god. Love all the other tracks...ballad just isn't my thing but it's better than the mv song. And agree on '...大人の戦争' edit really like 隣の席の卑猥ちゃん too ...and 粉砕するぞ！even more listening with actual bass now. Gonna actually buy these now.

I think most of these are too situational or depending on context...either way these are definitely vastly different than how I would've answered six or seven years ago.

All I know is I'd be on cloud nine if they collabed on a Sukekiyo-esque song. But at this point I'm not allowing hope for anything.

Welll that's depressing. This falls under radio static "songs for the deaf" per Josh Homme. I mean yeah it's not /technically/ abysmal, but it's boring and I could throw darts and hear 30 more bands that sound that way English or Japanese. Sure hope Mei pulls somethin cause I'm running out of bands to stan.

Thanks, about 80% custom. I wanted to make my own mask but the materials didn't fit the budget. So I started with this latex mask, it was pretty deformed and had a shit paint job. So I stuffed and melted it, fixed it to a foam head, then hand painted with watercolor and copic mix, some acrylic. Aside from the mask I had a plain black sheet, and then bought white skeleton gloves. Painted those red and gold with fabric paints, tattered the robe and hand laid at least 40 feathers and lace strings with a net backing. Same for the neck feathers I cut by hand and laid all of them. Also cut wig thatches and laid the hair although you can't see it hardly in any of the pictures. I also sculpted the horns, painted them etc. Finished project when it was fresh: (cause it's 4 years old now and kinda faded...and I ran into trees since then lol.) It was my first time trying to put something together from a drawing on a 100$ budget so I am happy with it. Only downside is the head weighs around 15lbs and has to be balanced pretty precariously, so your neck is fucked after a couple hours.
