I've never wanted to have children, the magical "changing my mind when I'm older" didn't happen. Soon I'll be 30 and still don't want any, I don't even have any desire to be in a romantic relationship, I wish I could just share an apartment with single and childless friends (ideally, nerds and rock music fans ;p) until I die, lol. The whole idea of having to have sex with someone in order to live a normalized, adult life and sharing things together is repulsive to me, as well. I'm not sure if I want to have it, looking at stuff online is ok, but I've never slept with any man and with women it was a bit blah. So, definitely no pregnancy. It grosses me out, as well. It's nothing cute or the reason to be happy, I don't get the whole thing about it. Children are like little aliens to me, I'm the youngest in my family and I've never been around these spawns of Satan for a longer time, I have no instruction manual for them, I can't afford having them, when I'm around one I can be nice and polite, but I would rather prefer my peace.
 
Unfortunately, other people rarely want to accept my opinion and decisions, unless they're around the same age or younger. I still hear things like "you'll change your mind" or "when you're old there will be no one to offer you a glass of water", and my own mother's favorite son is of course the one, who produced a little human pet for her to play with. The other two children didn't give her what she wanted, so they're worth less... :/ I don't discriminate people, who want to have children, they should have them... but in my culture I'm probably seen as an broken human being, because the family values are strong. I'm feeling lost and I don't know how I'll live my life later, I don't want to be alone with everything and misunderstood by everyone... because the older I am the less childless people with fun personalities and interests are around, so many people turn into boring adults with families, it really scares me.

I think we're about the same age, so I'd feel less stupid doing it
But honestly, if they ever come here again, the inviation stands (though, I cannot promise that they'll play anywhere near where I'm from, but we could still go together and be ancafe grandmas!)
 
On their last tour, Yuuki tried to teach us a para para, but the audience failed so spectacularly that he gave up after some time ;D so maybe next time we'll do better!

haha that's fun tho. I remember the dance was easy but I never took the time to learn it properly. I'll do it before the next tour for sure, just to remember the good ol' days (maybe we could dance around together too) xD

I really hope they'll come again to Europe soon, but I don't have much hope....their new album has been in stores since Febuary, so I think they would've announced one already
If there's one in Germany again, you just have to come over to my place and we'll see them together
 
btw: I can still do the dance to natsu koi natsu game. This has been sooo long ago. I only felt a bit stupid doing it while doing housework the other day haha. I'm a grandma caffekko already.

My name is Seileen and I'm a 25 year old girl from Italy.
 
My main reason for joining this forum is to meet fellow Jrock, Jpop and VK fans. I'm very happy to have found this forum because all of the VK forums I've found so far have died many years ago and, as you may have guessed, it's extremely rare to find someone who listen to this music when you live in the countryside of Italy xD
 
I'd like to find people from all over the world with whom to have interesting conversations, share common interests and it would be great to find travel/concert buddies as well, since my dream is to go to Japan and attend my favourite bands' lives there.
 
Among my favourite bands are: X Japan, Malice Mizer, Moi Dix Mois, Merry, miyavi (I mean the old one T.T), Kishidan <3, Golden Bomber, Kaya, Seileen/ Selia, Versailles, Psycho Le Cemu.
Not visual kei music but I love them anyways: DJ OZMA and basically every OST from every Ryu Ga Gotoku game.

I only like their music until 2005.
When they went major there was a change in their music, more mainstream and it lost appeal to me.
I don't understand why they must change their music style when they go major if their music is already working.

I also bought modern garde, you guys. Merry is slowly taking over my ipod, and I don't regret it one bit.
I started listening to nu chemical rhetoric  first and liked it a lot! I enjoy the different elements that they put into their songs. It's heavy, but it's also the perfect music to listen to on a rainy day (or so I've discovered.) The fifth song actually makes me want to go to a bar and sit there smoking a cigar haha  Also, I love the guitar in all of those songs.
4th and 8th track are my favourites so far (sorry, cannot read the kanji on my phone and am too lazy to google the song titles right now)

Uhm this is a tough decision xD to be honest I mostly like the older albums. I'm not sure if it will be possible to hear them all, but I'd really like to hear: Escapism and Nyappy in the world (this were the first two song I have ever listened of them <3 ), Kakusei Heroism, Smile Ichiban Ii Onna,  Maple Gunman   and you?

you should probably talk to a doctor. I don't think that we are qualified to help you. Sometimes we subconsciously get angry or sad, seemingly without reason, and we cannot explain where it comes from.  I hope you can find out why you feel this way and work things out!

Ohh I'm sorry to hear you missed the same concert but I'm sure you made up for it during the next concerts
I think that was the only time they ever came to Italy... I really hope they'll come to Europe again too! Hopefully we'll see them ^w^

Awww...same here. I couldn't go to their tour in 2012 either. Not because I was too young , but because it was too stressful at that time during the semester to travel to their concert for hours by bus, and then return the next morning. I kind of forgot about it, and only realised when it was too late. A friend of mine was there, though, and she said that the crowd was crazy indeed! A lot of people stuffed in one club, and the band members and audience going crazy (or...nyappy? ;))
 
And, yes, the crowd is quite youngat an cafe concerts. I started listening to them when I was 14, and was at my first ancafe concert after I had just turned 16. I can only recommend going to as many concerts as you can. But I know the situation of not being able to go because you're too young, and you have no one wanting to come with you, hence your parents giving you a big NO.
 
I hope you can still make it someday! Hopefully they'll return to Europe once more!

I can't say from my direct experience because I missed them when they came in Italy in 2012... I was too young and I wasn't allowed to go T_T
I later discovered the person who was to be my (ex) boyfriend was there - I didn't even know him at that time. According to him, the concert was pretty crazy and fun. My friend was in the front rows and it was fun to sing along with an Cafe and they were lovely as always. The vast majority of the crowd were young girls, many in Lolita dresses, who were constantly screaming and crying at everything the boys did on stage. Appearently at one point someone got a little too excited and threw one of the bar's chairs across the room, or so I was told

Don't give a fuck what anyone else says, just be you. The stigma against trans people is so fucking disheartening, and these naysayers just need to mind their own business and let people live their own fucking lives.
 
I don't really know if I struggle with dysphoria myself (I'm fine with my genitals although I hate periods more than anything so I wouldn't call myself trans), but I have struggled with being either masc or femme. I was forced to be real feminine for all my childhood until I graduated high school, and when I started college, I started dressing more butch and even got to cut my hair short which was a lifelong dream for me tbh. Now a couple years later, I've actually started wearing makeup (another thing that I never really got to do during my childhood), and I'm developing an interest in feminine fashion that I didn't really pay much attention to before, like lolita, and I'm pretty much entering that period where I wanna be femme again ;w; I just have to grow my hair out first since dresses don't really look good on me with having short hair and I kinda wanna lose weight too. orz
