Its about 1½ year ago that Japan decided to rise their tax from 6% to 8%. Because the CD/DVD prices of your favorite artist more expensive? Did they stop selling digital? Are there any other things such as, getting lesser for an higher/same price than before. However the questions are; Do you like that labels rise up the prices of the CD's even if they don't really give us something extra? Do you like that labels stop to sell digital because they want to sell the real CD only? Do you think that the price rising is because of the 8% tax? Do you think that price rising really brings in more money? Would you stop buying if an artist/label stop their digital releases? How much do you think that your favorite artist gets from album/CD sale? Or do you think that the label gets everything? What is the maximum which you would spent on a CD/DVD? I didn't really bought anything new lately from artist which I support for years. But I did stop to support a few artist: Rice and Acid Black Cherry. Because their prices got a bit too high. Acid Black Cherry is a king of selling LIVE DVD and album for high price. If you buy Album you still get a nice bonus. But It's still pretty high. Higher than before if you look at the original price without the TAX. Singles are still the same price than before. So... kinda price rising is no need? And the music of Rice already became more expensive before that 8% tax rise. So I don't really know if its much higher now days too. But I still think that Starwave Records is one of the KING in rising prices. as we did got this year 19 live songs for 3500yen we now got now 18 for 4500yen. bam 1000yen extra and 1 song lesser. Or releasing releases 2 new songs... plus 4 old songs.. together 2500 yen. Not that the 4 mastered songs will be given as a bonus and that the CD will be priced 1500-2000 yen. Also the PV's, recording, editing himself and also burning them himself on a DVD and then selling it for 3000yen at least. without any fancy extra. Not even signatures of the band. Some years ago prices were still low and nice price for CD and DVD. but the last months it seems that Kiwamu thinks that rising up the prices will bring in much more. When I check the oversea store I see that some bands sell lesser DVD in the oversea store. Japanese store is almost same, but sometimes also few DVDs lesser, depends on the content. So if it is a good move? I doubt it. And I guess kiwamu cannot rise up the price more and more, because then also Japanese fans will start to complain about the price I think? So any more labels who are kings in rising up their prices? and what are your thoughts about it??

Germany? A year ago I told Starwave oversea staff to do something about it. one year later, still nothing did happen. lol I asked some days in a row to the vocalist, so CD isn't available digital? No fucking answer... Not even a "sorry". So bye bye Nüe for me. Seems they don't care to sell. XD

ya better shouldn't support kiwamu.... he did do all video shooting and editing. also burned the DVD himself for sale their new mini album isn't even online to purchase digital.

Starwave records is blocked in germany...

I'm sadly still a too big supporter of Starwave Records. this time I did spent money on LIV'ERT a band who will say the label next year goodbye which will follow with a disbandment. the disbandment is a pity because they still could grow into something. By hearing LIV'ERT would disband and a kind of stupid voice in my head that the single wouldn't be published on spotify and that Sinterklaas would pass my house pretty soon I decided to buy the single together with their DVD "Screaming of the sorrow". Track 01 Victim This track is something we really would expect from LIV'ERT nice good heaviness, great beats, good song to get wild on. However the more deep grunting could sound better. This is 100% the best track of this CD. The only thing I think of this song that the melody is to simple and to much looping(the same). Track 02 Hizumi This is a track which we would totally not expect from LIV'ERT it kind of has a happy boring sound which totally not even fits LIV'ERT look. to me its more a osharekei track. I've no clue what the lyrics are kinda about but I even think that the lyric doesn't even fit the melody at all. But there isn't any award screaming or awful vocalism in this track. Track 03 Dokoku This song kind reminds me of some industrial bands which were on the darkest labyrinth label long long ago kinda "Bespa". At least that art of vocal. Also this track doesn't really has a difficult melody it kinda has the same loop all the time, so it's not that amazing written. Its a nice track which made this CD surly the money worth. However after a listen to this single, you pretty can notice that LIV'ERT spirit is kinda gone. Somehow their violent melodies from the past don't appear really in this work and also not in their past starwave releases. Still its a damn pity that they have to disband. I'm kinda sure that Kiwamu wanted to turn them in a more mainstream visual kei band which the members themselves didn't want and not really could. This single is surly not LIV'ERT's best. But I also cannot call it an awful single. I do like the tracks much much more than the tracks on their last album "ANIMA" My rating I really hope that the boys give everything they have until their last breath of LIV'ERT!

Most japanese vkei fans are that crazy. Its sad. But it happens a lot. Jelousy, bitching to other fans etc. Its impossible for a bunch of guys to make a relagionship public. Its different way than outside of japan. Overhere we don't get jelous of girlfriends or such funny scandals. Don't know why japanese only want stupif perfect things and that their bandmembers need to be single... our that if a band member will kinda make such cheeting move that they are like, ya guys should disband!!!!!!! (ノ)ノ~┻━┻ don't ya support a band because of the music?

na not much to see at all.. lol Poor Kaya.. I would throw Iori out if i was Kaya and simple to continue with the band.

I see enough indipended bands around.. only it difficult to really break through without a label. E.T is one of them.. they got no label doing everything themselves... And so I know at least 20 more bands.

Maybe to make it for you more easy.. E.T and Gazelle flyer. plus all flyers which are still available. For exeption, doubles, blackwhite, flyers smaller than A4 and "event/label" flyers. I guess then its more easy to short them out, and more easy for me to make an offer

Yo, I'm planning to go back to Japan again. And I'm looking for a good hotel. MAX €80 a night. YES hotel, no HOSTEL. I know 2 hotels in Shinjuku but somehow I cannot book them myself online "sunlite and listel" both mega good hotels. priceclass is about 60-80euro a night for a single room. (both located in Shinjukk) Websites say that the hotels are fully booked out (which is bullshit)...but well. Shibuya, Takanobaba, Meguro... is kinda fine too. At least it need to be easy to GO TO Narita AIRPORT. Hotel need to have a FRIDGE and FREE WI-FI I don't care about breakfast. So any more nice places to stay.
