Yeah, I am dissapointed with this documentary. I actually read Yoshiki's biography (released in 2009), and, oh boy, was it interesting. How much he trained, situations when he was hospitilized and had around 5% of fat due to his constant training, the way they refused Sony in the beginning and so many other stories, the way they performed, drank and were touring in Japan - that was powerful, that was interesting to read. This documentary - meh. There was NOTHING epic. It was absolutely plain.

Hell yeah. People were wondering where's PR of the album? Here it is. I mean, social marketing 2.0, c'mon, guys.

I also added a link to the PV from the album - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6RDCfXPL8g Toshi's guitar skills shine again, like in the old days of his solo-career.

https://www.vkdb.jp/yuki(ex-Sadistrip).html 妖精帝國 are quite famous, too, I believe. Especially according to the number of view on YT. I wonder if any songs from IceCream can be found, too)
  6. zaa_zaa

Doesn't Yuki also play for 妖精帝國?
  7. zaa_zaa

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything about his first band, which is Lunatic Park. And nothing about icecream either. I found a lastfm page for Rose Valley, though, and it features quite a line-up - a guy from Decay, Lunaria and etc. Didn't know about Kasumi.

http://www.visunavi.com/artist/artist-804/ Sadistrip - a band where Mutsuki used to play.

I really hope that there's gonna be some photos from the live <3

This video has been posted in another thread, but the news deserves its own topic. All of the original members except for Teru.

I totally feel you, bro. Im my small circle I was the biggest advocate for DDRM when they started. They had amazing vibes, and the way they mixed jazz elements into their B-sides - oh, that was sooo good. Even with Riley Circus, that I am not the biggest fan of, they experimented a lot, which kept me interested in them. But Dadaism #3 and some ballad songs (Kurt, if I am not mistaken) - this is where they lost their edge for me. I kinda get the idea that they want to experiment with the direction that they go in, but it was an absolutely mediocre release for a band that experimented so much early on. Their wasn't a single song that had any unexpected elements and motives in it. Yes, it was a cool mini for some new band that didn't have any features that actually defined their previous releases, but not for DDRM. And it's not my expectations, but rather the standard that they set for themselves. To a degree, I am genuinely interested in their new release (alas that the preview didn't give me any vibes). So we will see.

Well, I hope that I will like at least one song from this release. Dadaism #3 just wasn't to my taste at all.
  13. zaa_zaa

well, his Twitter bio clearly says that he used to play in Dead children (Rey from Nega)
  14. zaa_zaa

really? Key is playing support for GLAMS? Is he that white haired guy from their BE ALONE pv?
  15. zaa_zaa

and you can find a bunch of other videos on that channel with the last live
  16. zaa_zaa

    That's some good stuff
  17. Hell yeah, most likely will go to their Vegas show.

Well, I would say that most of people on MH know about how much of a drama-queen Yoshiki is. Album has been delayed numerous times. Many things by X were delayed by Yoshiki numeroues times. Hell, his CD with new X's music got "STOLEN" two-three years ago, if I am not mistaken. So, there's a possibility, that no music has been recorded seeing as there's no preview (and Yoshiki would have capitalized the hell out of the CD), so this accident is a perfect excuse for not releasing a CD (which might not even exist).

I think you are talking about ex-Unsraw's Sho (and he's a support membmer of DAVID, too). Here we are talking about D.I.D.'s bassist Sho

Here are two videos from their live, three songs in total, one of which includes a cover for Le-a's previous band, Brick Break.

What actually surprises me (not really knowing Akane) is that he hasn't said shit about the release that was promised for April. Interested to hear the new band, tho.

Wataru is a producer of a non-vk band Enya - more, and another band with a Nightmare vocalist The guitarist with a beard - he plays as a support gt for several bands, I believe, plus I think he plays in another band, too The guitarist w/o a beard - Last Mind Infinity

It was about time. I am not a big fan of them, used to be until 2013-2014 when they changed so many things. But they are fucking huge for the scene, so it kinda sucks that they go on hiatus. I hope that they will come back.
  24. Well, I listened to the whole thing, and to me, personally, it's such a piece of shit. Total disspapoitment. Will try to listen to it a couple more times, maybe I will come to like it.
