Uraraka

But anyway this is like the best selfie I can do. I dyed my hair gray/silver recently and I'm sort of in love with it.

To be honest it's been a while since I wrote on a forum but I kind of missed it. (^u^;)>
 
First a short introduction !
 
My pen name is Kotori. I'm a 24 years old french girl (half from peru).
I'm currently majoring in japanese (senior year of my bachelor).
I always loved music but then I started listening to japanese music and discovered VK ten years ago, I also love a idol group called Tsuri x bit (but this is another story).
Speaking of Visual Kei I'm a huge fan of MEGAMASSO/MIGIMIMI/AYABIE, VERSAILLES PHILARMONIC QUINTET , KAYA (FEMME FATALE), and D for the mains.
 
When I'm not listening to music I also love drawing and reading fantasy novels.

I'm kind of fascinated by Kanji so I looked up the kanji of The GazettE members and if they have special meanings. 
And because I really like Uruha (麗) I decided to take his kanji and search for other words/names containing it.
So... it kind of became Uraraka (麗らか).

My username was originally togvro, the v being a u. I used to be a big the GazettE fan and toguro has always been one of my favorite songs. Somewhere along the way people started calling me togz for short. so it just stuck.

That's paperplanes, right? I don't like it that much as well. It doesn't feel one ok rock-ish to me tbh
but all the other songs on that album are really good (I have it on repeat since a few weeks and refuse to listen to any other oor album lol)

I really like the recent album. It took some time to get used to the change, but now I can't stop listening to it. But it feels a little... Americanised, if you know what I mean. As for the collaborations... I never really thought about that, yet I don't think of it as bad. 
 
About girugamesh: I was so sad to see them disband, and sure I would love to hear more music of them but they had their reasons and I respect that.
I will try to follow the members' other activities... But I don't think they'll be joining new bands (or maybe I'm utterly misinformed).

"Dioora" is also one of my faves~

I fought hard not to get into them or listen to them because I find most of their fanbase to be quite irksome...but out of curiosity I listened to their Triangle Album and was hooked.
 
Yo-ka's voice is awesome (and I'm so happy Asagi and Jui have taken him under their wing) and so many of their songs are freaking catchy and have smooth melodies....
 
I haven't listened to all of their discog yet but I've had to say I'm quite impressed by what they've released in the past couple years, and a few singles prior. 

Tried out some ink washes, and drew other creepy and gory things.

I love this band. I actually heard them just because Asagi said they were worth it, and he wasn't wrong. I picked up Menace when it came out and it was love at first note.
 
It's so hard to pick a favorite album...
