On Last.fm? Not really. It's such a dead website. There's no real solid VK community on there. There's a decent amount of individuals you can get along with (like me!) and become friends with though. It's a hell of a lot easier to find and approach members of the VK fandom through shoutbox hopping and stuff than through, say, looking a band name up through Instagram and scouring their posts for fellow fans. Especially if you're looking for a fan of a certain band. However there are a LOT of dead accounts on there, and finding live ones can be tough. That being said I have made friends on there so it's not completely useless, but we usually go to other platforms to talk.
