  3. Lately I've mainly been keeping an eye on Marco (not exactly new, but everyone thinks they are), Yumeleep, and Sui's solo project David. I've also been looking forward to La'veil Mizeria since they signed to Starwave. Marco - they formed in 2014, and at first they didn't really impress me, but after Torikago Aijin, I fell in love *_* but recently 2 of their guys left, and right at their prime too...I'm really curious, yet I also can't help but worry, as to what they can do with just 3 members. Yumeleep - Melvel was fucking horrible, but Yumeleep is proof that it's sometimes better to go to the dark side. They have that cutesy, but dark and eerie flair about them and I like it. It's very unique~ David - He's only put out one song so far, and it sounds great, but I'm really looking forward to Requiemage too. It pisses me off that I had to wait this long for an actual release from Sui this year, but hey, it's better than nothing. I just hope it doesn't suck like Lin did.

a best-of mini-album.........🤔 that look is awesome btw
  5. is this the reverse version of #ressurectvk in all seriousness tho, as much as I LOOOVE them (and I really do), MERRY's latest album was a miss for me...or maybe I just need to give it another spin, idk. It just doesn't have as much of an impact as their previous albums did, including Nonsense Market, which I was actually hyped for, compared to this one. But I know they can still go and this is just a brief bump on the road. After all, they've been around for 16 years, so I guess they were trying something new with this album. as for other acts, I remember (or noticed rather, since I didn't follow them when they were actually around) Megaromania losing their spark around the time their first drummer left. A while after that, they broke up and 3/5 of the band went to Lin, which was basically rehashing old songs, which were hit & miss, and they barely lasted 2 years. I just really hope Sui's new project brings him back to his former glory, but nothing can beat classic Megaromania or even Metis Gretel for that matter. offtopic here, but the only vk band that really isn't slacking for me atm is Marco. they were plain janes at first, but after Torikago Aijin, they started getting much better~ but then again they're tiny af and hardly anyone (or at least outside Japan) really pays attention to them :/

Masashi and Yuki left Jupiter a long time ago; Versailles just came back around the same time (same lineup ^^), released an album, and are now touring and stuff x)

I'm with you on that one. Idk, I liked a few songs, but it felt really lackluster compared to Nonsense Market or their other albums...and I barely had any hype for it when it was announced. I really hope they put out better material later, but I honestly wasn't too crazy about M-ology....
