It's Shoko March 2. It's a reference to the religious music CD by Aum Shinrikyo, the Japanese cult led by Shoko Asahara (who were all executed recently for committing the deadly gas attacks in 1995)

Update: the memorial single will only be available as a download. The band distributed a postcard (see below) which contains the QR code for the download link, just like David did with "Genesis". To say that I'm pissed about this is an understatement.
