^ I have a feeling the relationship between the members eroded with all of this and it just wasn't working anymore. Their release schedule was messed up after amp-reflection and, if I remember correctly, they didn't even play many concerts to promote their major stuff. Yumi probably just wanted a fresh start while carrying the same music style from sfp.

Dude seriously. Start posting in here or else it seems like I'm just goin' hog wild in this thread. Anyways, I made this low-carb deep dish pizza a few days ago. I'm a Chicago native, so I know my deep dish pizzas, and this hit the spot VERY well. Plus it was low carb and totally fit with my diet \o/ Yay for having the most awesome(and very effective) diet XD And the moneyshot... The crust was made with a combination of almond meal, eggs and melted extra sharp cheddar cheese. For the inside, I layered on italian pork sausage, hard salami, pepperonis, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce(just minced tomatoes and salt blended together) and a light dusting of parmesan cheese. The only gripe I really had with it would be that there wasn't enough sauce and cheese, but I kinda botched the sides a bit and didn't make them as tall as they should have been, leaving less room for the filling. I suppose I'll thin out the crust more and make the sides higher next time then everything will be golden Oh and I dunno... maybe add some sort of vegetable *shrug*. Or just more meat lol

    12012 - DEICIDA OF SILENCE

I had a similar thought. Less Human Abstract and more current Dir en grey with RES flair. About halfway through the album I thought to myself "This sounds like RES's later releases", I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks so! Oddly enough I developed an interest (JUST interested) when Seven came out because it had a rough and crazy sound to it, I didn't necessarily like it, it was just something to consider. Then their self-titled came out and suddenly "Dir en grey-lite" became a thing for another band; but this time it's a bit more clear cut. The vocals reek of Kyo's influence I'm almost repulsed by it. Take that and introduce guitar work that bounces through the same measures (no extended phrases, all confined to a rock structure) and you have an album that though cool in scope, sounds like shit. This isn't just 4 guys wanting to be like Dir en grey, that would give them too much credit -- instead it's 4 guys who are trying so hard to be brutal but end up making something that's derivitave. This has all been done before (which isn't necessarily a PROBLEM, we can all enjoy derivitave things), though at the very least it'll be fun to see where they go next with their musical direction.
