Good news, Kurage! Plastic Tree's longtime guitarist will begin his first ever solo work under the name AKIRA NAKAYAMA (all caps, Romaji). Took him long enough, huh? He will officially launch activities with a debut live called "Jester : Fractured after chasing a sheep" on January 16th of 2021 (his birthday!)

Indeed! I'm assuming it will be similar in sound to Date You or COTD given how the songs he composes in Plastic Tree sound. Though I wonder if he's gonna lean more to the shoegaze side or flirt with a more metal sound with this project... Or maybe he'll show off his passion for PC/Denko stuff! I kind of hope he keeps it diverse, I think that's one of his strengths as a musician.
