YuyoDrift 1540 Posted December 12, 2019 You guys better not think we forgot about this! ✨ Coming back for the 3rd year in a row, MH will once more be hosting the MH JRock Awards for 2019! ✨ Now, before you start voting, read the rules provided in the spoiler below, otherwise Yuyo is gonna be mopey about it. Spoiler 1. You can only vote for Japanese Rock artists. However, we use the term "JRock" very loosely and won't reject your vote if you happen to vote for a band that is borderline JPOP or any other related genre. 2. You may provide up to THREE nominees per category. 3. Only releases/events of 2019 (obviously). 4. Since all votes will be made public after the contest, you can explain your choices, but you don't have to. Most Underhyped Band: Jiluka Most Anticipated Release: For me it was Xanadu Band that Changed their Sound for the Best: 8b-sp now at least sounds less amateurish and the overall quality seems improved, even though the genre per se sucks. Band that Changed their Sound for the Worse: Dadaroma hit a low in dullness. Band that you spent most of your money on in 2019: Jiluka What the hell were they thinking!?
