[HELP] Ordering HIDEKI's newest album

It's the first time, when 栄喜's album isn't available on CDJapan, iTunes, and other shops.
This album was released two months ago, and still is unavailable.
The only option to get this newest album is buy it on his official webshop.
Orders from this shop are probably only for Japanese people.
I am from Poland, and always bought his CD's through CDJapan.

I saw this album on auction, but it's too expensive.

Please tell me if there's an option to order this album and ship it to Poland?

Finally, I received an answer.
Thank you Hiroki for taking your time.
His album is available on this site, but it's too expensive and used.
I just want to buy this album in regular price, because 10,000 or 15,000 yens per album is really too expensive, while on his site it costs only 3,240 yens.
