Synk;yet new maxi single & album release

after joining of Gt.唯依葉-yuiha- at 2013/11/18, it is announced at Synk;yet one-man live "Crimson Bloom" at Ikebukuro EDGE at 2013/11/18 that their new maxi single "Silent Prayer" will be released at 2014/04/23 (1,620yen, limited 1000), and their new full album "the Graceful Savior" will be released at 2014/08/20 (2 TYPE, 3,500yen each), which will include CD+DVD+booklet (16 pages) and will be sold in advance at their one-man live "the Graceful Savior" at Takadanobaba AREA at 2014/07/20

Does anybody know whether this is correct or not?
