Seems there was mistake in the first announcement about the dates in Germany and France, the dates got swapped 
OHP has a fix information now and new magazines are also listing Cologne on 11th and Paris on 13th.

But fnactickets that sells Paris tickets lists it at 28.60 euro?

They only do electronic tickets, did you happen to find other shop that sells normal paper tickets by any chance?

well i just looked for the german date. i guess the paris concert is cheaper, as it says 28,60 at the concert hall homepage too.

I keep wandering that too, just got a bus from Cologne to Paris, if they do anything on 12th that is not in Cologne I will be very very sad XD
