doaseternity6 93 Posted August 4, 2010 Can't say I listen to a lot of trip-hop, not because I don't like it but because I'm a lazy bum and haven't taken the time to really scope out more artists in the genre. Still I like Portishead, Kafka, Zong chi, goldfrapp and Tricky. If one could recommend some more that would be lovely. I've already taken down some of the names mentioned here. LIDL 692 Posted August 5, 2010 actually i haven't listened to goldfrapp latest album, just their first album atm. Cos, you know this kind of music aren't easy to digest i just let it grows on me slowly, that one thing i enjoyed from trip hop. It's a genre that sounds even better when listened on a quiet night and dimmed bedroom. Fantastic! anyway, the first album are so awesome. I think i'll stick with it for awhile before checking the rest of their discography.

Miasma 162 Posted January 19, 2011 Contemporary classical + downtempo + trip-hop + breathtakingly beautiful atmosphere = Saltillo. fvLMqSUjyyE I love listening to this man on rainy days, when I'm driving, or near-muted when I'm reading a book. Shame he's only released one album.
Tokage 5930 Posted May 21, 2011 Cinephile are sweet, they've got that early dummy-era portishead feel over them. It's kinda dark trip-hop Dutch didn't sound too bad either, released an album in 2010 called A Bright Cold Day. DEM VOCALS.
