Guest Posted September 5, 2011 More deetz カーネーション/ 椎名林檎 椎名林檎、約2年半ぶりのニュー・シングルはNHK連続テレビ小説『カーネーション』主題歌！ 椎名林檎がソロ名義では約2年半ぶりのシングル「カーネーション」を11月2日にリリースする。今作は、"朝ドラ"の通称で広く親しまれているNHK連続テレビ小説・第85作目にあたる「カーネーション」の主題歌として、ドラマ制作スタッフからの熱い要望を受け、書き下ろした新曲。ドラマの物語は、ファッションデザイナー・コシノ三姉妹の母・小篠綾子氏をモデルとしたヒロインの波乱万丈な生涯を描く。「情熱」と「母の愛情」の花言葉を持ち、母の日に贈る花として世界中で愛されているカーネーションに象徴されるヒロインの生涯を描いた同ドラマに寄せた渾身の一曲となる。本作は、約40名に及ぶオーケストラの演奏とともに、壮大且つ情熱的なダイナミズムで歌世界に誘う。包み込むように、愛でるように始まるメロディ。情感溢れる椎名の歌唱は、美しく、生命力に溢れ、慈しみに富んだ、幾重もの表情を魅せる。まさにタイトル"カーネーション"に象徴されるように、女性が持ち得る想い、願いが力強く込められている。また、カップリングには書き下ろしの新曲2曲を含んだ、全3曲収録予定。 Called 'Carnation'.
