I thought this might be some good fun. I thought of Meto and he got it. How dare they not have a face for him. Anyway, I'm wondering if there's any obscure artists he'd still be able to guess. I've never managed to catch him out, even when using musicians, game and fictional characters. Feel free to also include screenshots, they're always funny. Have you ever heard a pair of compatible voices before? Yes? Well get match making then! Complementary voices can be marrying off vocalist's voices with one another. Which voices do you think compliment each other perfectly and should be married off? Whose voices do you think should put 'a ring on it'? My first pick is Takanori Nishikawa x Kishou Taniyama. Taka is the vocalist of T.M.Revolution and band Abingdon Boys School. Tani is the vocalist of the duo unit GRANRODEO. Both have distinguishable voices, as well as very obvious and strong vibratos. Both guys are well known for their rocking anime tunes. It makes the perfect match for my ears. Want some more evidence? Let's say you're on Twitter or Facebook and you had the sudden idea and courage to send your favourite singer/band a suggestion or even a link to a release (single, album, mini-album, compilation, whatever!) you think they'd enjoy. What would that particular release be and why? Would you suggest an artist you know they already like, or maybe a new one to them you think they'd enjoy? Maybe one you think sounds like them or one you think they've taken inspiration from? Maybe you just want to put another favourite under the spotlight in front of your other favourites and make them jealous? But for whatever reason, be it silly or serious, explain why. Language barrier doesn't matter here! The one I have to contribute with at the moment is exposing Japanese indie band The fin. (unless they already know them) to English rock band The 1975. My reason for this is that as soon as I heard 'Night Time' by The fin., I got The 1975 feels, mainly because of this song I love from them.
