for making breakdowns in metalcore, nearly no one could do better than Breakdown Of Sanity... anyone could recommend some bands like them? last.fm doesn't work well, 'cuz I've already listened to all the similar bands that last.fm recommended.

@Augie1995 Thanks a lot for recommending bands! I have ERRA and Within The Ruins' discographies, they're awesome. then I take other bands.
@Greyen yeah, I've listened to Perception for 30 times these days, and every time I listen, I feel excited and really can't breathe!
